Hello, sorry if the information appears "cryptic" that is not what I intended. I go over several different methods in Local Listing Hero that will show you to easily set up services for Real Estate Agents such as Virtual Real Estate Flyers (not animoto) Creating Unique Links for local agents almost like Bitly, generate QR codes for agents, lead gen forms, at 100% profit to you. I walk you through every step of the process and show you how to set it all up on one site. No need to buy extra plugins or anything...it's all explained in the course. I hope that helps Craig |

Craig: What a relief!!! I am literally sitting here in a coffee shop getting in touch with Realtors through Linkedin and Facebook and wanted to have a more detailed plan on how to get to these guys. Does your training come with email swipes? I have done a bunch but do not how effective they will be. I would love to use something that has been done effectively in the past and this training looks good. I am going to get this asap and start going through it all. Thanks, Illini Marketer |

Does this include doing video marketing for them? I'm on a video track right now so I'm hoping there is some of that included.

Hello Excel, There is an OTO, it is also a dime sale that starts at $9.95. It is an addition to one of the methods contained in the main course with the virtual flyers, as well as 10 small wordpress themes created for facebook fanpages as well as a full tutorial of how to set up the fanpage using any one of the themes in a matter of 5 minutes. It's a great add on to one of my favorite methods in this course...it's not required but recommended. I hope that helps Thanks Craig |

Hi Craig, Just wanted to chime in here... As you know I promoted this to my subscriber list of Offline Marketers. I am very choosey as to what I promote. Here's what I like about your course: 1.) Very "newbie"-friendly 2.) Easy to follow along and do what you teach 3.) I learned about a bunch of free plugins that I had no idea even existed and I am pretty well-versed with WordPress. (I guess I never took the time to search for them) I firmly believe that this is a WSO that anyone can make money with and even more important in my opinion is that the stuff you teach can also be used as a foot-in-the-door strategy with real estate agents. They stand alone also with tremendous value (that's easy to see) but anything I can use to talk to agents about that can get my foot in the door with them is always a win. (they are approached a lot as a niche) Lastly, I have always found real estate agents to be "talkers" ... meaning they are always chatting with people, very personable as a whole - and I have found that when I do a good job for them, they refer me to others. Great job on the WSO Craig! All my best! ~ Skylr |

Craig, this will fill a big gap in offering offline services to RE agents. I jumped on this puppy quick because being a real estate investor, I know a bunch of agents and agents who could benefit from this. I'll check it out, implement and come back with a review shortly.

Craig: I have just quickly gone through the main wso and have a question for you. It looks like the main part of the course involves creating a photo slide show for an agent showing off their properties for them. I just went to a few real estate sites in my town and it looks like most agents have this kind of thing already on their own websites. The one thing that most do not have is a video slide show that is set to music that highlights each property. You talk about a virtual slide show that is set up on a blog but if most agents already have this on their main site, why would they need this service. I might have just missed something here and if so I apologize in advance. Please enlightening me here as I hope there is something unique here to offer my real estate clients. Thanks, Illini Marketer |

Looks like the OTO though is very unique in that you are doing the photo slideshow blog right on the agents fan page. I do not think that anyone is doing that. and that alone is worth both the WSO and OTO. Am I right in thinking this way?

My main concern is getting great results for the Agents. I can easily sell services to Real Estate Agents, and I already have connections with them. Will your course teach me how to actually get results for the Agents? I understand it shows you how to get the Agents. But after landing the agents, is there a blueprint or techniques that I can use that will help the Agent profit?

I'm starting to see a theme with Craig Brower's stuff.... and the theme is this. Genius Ideas that are easy to implement. The free plugin discussion is worth its weight in gold. Craig leads you down a path that will not only show you how to rock it with the exact method he shows you (and its really good), but he shows you stuff that is extremely useful to know in any niche. This WSO is: - Short - Easy to Implement - Powerful Great stuff as always Craig. |

Hello, I would not say that this is really the main part of the WSO, however it is my favorite part of the WSO. The thing is...in most Real Estate Offices the vast majority of agents do not have a website, and or blog. At least that is what I have found in my experience. These virtual flyers are made specific for each listing with a specific URL, and contact form for each listing. Many agents get a listing on Realtor.com or perhaps their local MLS but do not have a site for them other than directing someone to their listings on one of those sites. With a Virtual Flyer they can work with you and tell you what they want to have added, linked, etc. and not have the need for a full website at this time...but it can lead to a lot of future business with them as a door opener. Being able to offer the other services explained in this method is all through one website...so essentially you can also set up a site with all these methods and allow the agent to run it themselves as well. There are a lot of options and opportunities with these methods. I hope that helps Thanks Craig Quote:

Craig, I was a full time RE broker, now turned full time affiliate marketer and can see some value in what you may be offering. But frankly even with some of your explanations above i really don't know exactly what you are offering. The sales page is just too vague. Would a bullet point list give it all away? If not that would be really helpful to me in seeing if this course would be of value to me. As I have been thinking about marketing to my fellow realtors. I agree many need help! ~S |

Usually offers like this include some income claims or price points. Have you actually marketed this system to Realtors? Just wondering if the agents are as excited. |

All of the realtors I was able to find online had their own website. If we are trying to get to the ones without a site, what would be the best way to find out which ones do not have a site yet? I can see doing these slide shows for them on facebook and this would then be unique but having a website with their listing is one of the first things most agents get from my experience. Unless they are brand new, I do not see this helping them much. I must again just be missing something here I guess. If anyone else can give us an idea of their experience with realtors with their websites, that would be good. Quote:

I think you are focusing too much on the flyer aspect of these methods. While this is one of my favorite methods as well, it is a piece of the the course. As I mention in the videos you can choose to offer these services individually or together as a package. I urge you to go through the entire course, video by video and you will see how the pieces are laid out and how they can work with each other. Another important thing you must realize is if you are looking for agents on google...you're going to find agents with websites. The best way to find agents is to look at the local offices in your area. Each agent will usually have a page set up on their offices website, and those with a website will usually have it listed...the ones with no website listed are your prime target. Quote:
I had a conversation with an agent last week, they informed me that someone came into their office and informed the office about QR codes for their listings...the office thought it was amazing. When I told him about the fact that this was something I could do for him he asked how long it would take, how could he use them, and was very excited. He told me if I went into his office and let agents know I could set them up with QR Codes within a couple hours (can be done in a few clicks) I would hit gold at his office. QR Codes...that is just one of the methods I show you how you can add this to a single site you run and offer these services to agents. I create products that are simple to market and needed...for high price items you will see price points, for services like this...you should think more along the lines of less expensive services that get people into your offline sales funnel. The best way I have found to get myself involved with clients is to come in an offer smaller useful services that can be done within a day or so...and then come in at a later time to offer premium priced services. I explain this too in this course. If you can show what you can offer them within a day or so...you'll be surprised how impressed they are with your service. I hope that helps Thanks Craig | |

This certainly seems to be something to take a look at Dam Dimesale though kinda forces the purchase to avoid an increase and is ok as long as a refund is respected if requested So many warriors do this and then get irritated if customer isn't thrilled after checking it out! Price seems it may be a little high for a wso (meant to be special) but can't know if I feel that way until I check it out! I look forward to any training on closing these agents! |

Hello, Sorry for the delay, I've been dealing with a sick 2 year old and yesterday found out she has a sinus infection and was dealing with her fevers all day. The WSO started at $5.00, and has increased slowly but steadily since it launched on Monday a 2pm EST. I will be working on an additional follow up in the download section of the Local Listing Hero which will go over talking to and closing agents. I get into a little bit about this inside the course, but not entirely. I will get something together soon. I hope that helps Thanks Craig Quote:

I've marketed to RE agents and they're notoriously cheap. Since they don't get paid until they have a sale, many won't crack open their wallet.

Hey BenQ, That's the honest truth...I agree for the most part...and it's exactly why I have made this WSO!!! I explain to many people go up to agents trying to offer them too much...and in a tough market it becomes hard to sell agents on expensive services. The services/methods contained in this WSO you can offer inexpensive, and are tools they want to use. Think of them as door openers...you can offer these separate or as packages and let them see what you can do for them...and then eventually work your way up to higher priced premium services. Besides agents having a tough time opening their wallets...they also want most of the work, if not all of it done by someone else...that's why these methods work well!!! Simple for you, easy and inexpensive for them = Win-Win I hope that helps Craig |

Thank you for this product. My wife is a new real estate agent and is in need of something like this to help her with marketing. It will be a matter of time that we dominate our local market by using your Real Estate program and leaving all the other local real estate agents in the dust! Could have come at a better time. I hit the buy button very quickly! Cheers, Bruce |

Hi Craig, I purchased Local Listing Hero and looking forward to getting it up and running. Question about the oto: Since Facebook is forcing change end of March will your oto work with no problems dealing with FB. Looking at your new WSO flyers and hope you smash that! Looks good. Plus your a North Jersey Neighbor, you got to be a good guy, lol! Thanks, Neil

Hey Neil, The OTO offer will work. You can no longer have default tabs, but you can still do fanpages. Fanpage widths have changed so now you can have wider tabs...I have some updates that I will be doing to the OTO page soon with updates for that, so you can have some more choices. I just need to get through RFF at the current moment LOL Quote:

Do you have any information in the course on finding agents to work with? Or Do you have to already know agents. Is there a script in the training? How much would you price the services to agents? Thanks |
