Thanks John...I bought this 3 days ago before i went to bed...I didnt know if i should purchase it or not because i had heard some negative things about fiverr, but i read some good reviews and gave it a shot. today i earned over $240 using the 2nd section of your book, and i am veryyyy happy with my purchase and i wanted to thank youuuu veryyy much. I had the pleasure to go through this course and i was surprised with the efforts OP has put in to make it as much simple as possible.Everything explained in Video tutorials so that they can actually see how to apply the strategies.He himself is quite successful with the strategies hes teaching us and i dont see why they wont work for us if we take actions.
His support is the best you could get hes always available to help you and at this price you cant deny the quality of this fiverr course with all the bonuses.The thing you need here is Motivation and the will to work,there are no such things like you need web designing knowledge etc.although that is an added advantage.

To answer your first question, no start up cost is needed. The package was designed for those who have to make some extra cash but may not have the big start-up money.

For your second point:
