Let me just get right to the point because I know you HATE

very little competition. As a matter of fact, without revealing
them, I'm going to give you some stats for each one that I
think you'll find interesting.

Niche 1

Over 65,000 monthly searches alone just between 6 keyword
phrases,

An Average KEI of 4,720.67 (A good KEI is anything over 100)

Niche 2

Over 180,000 monthly searches alone just between 5 keyword
phrases.

An Average KEI of 19,808.66 (The highest is over 62,000)

Niche 3

Over 95,000 monthly searches alone just between 12 keyword
phrases. Average KEI is close to 1000 and the highest is over
4,000.

Niche 4

Over 15,000 monthly searches alone just between 4 keyword
phrases.

An average KEI of close to 2,000. This is a very tight and
relatively unknown niche.

Niche 5

Over 30,000 monthly searches alone just between 7 keyword
phrases. This is another relatively unknown niche.

An average KEI of about 600 (The highest phrase is over 1,600)

These niches ALL have products selling in them with almost no
competition in some cases. Niche 4 in particular is like taking
candy from a baby. It's almost criminal.

Okay, so here is what you get in this package. I have gone beyond
the original NRR package because I realized people needed more
help...Well, you got it.

Because I've tested these out. One of them, is yet another hot
niche for me that I am promoting. I'm doing a lot of these. The product
converts over 2% for me...and that's through Clickbank no less
with all their problems.

Okay, it took me countless weeks to research all these niches
and quite honestly, the amount of time I'm going to be saving
you is mind boggling. Niche 3 itself took me more time to find than
all the niches I'd researched previously.

Plus, there are the articles (15 in all) and the reviews (5 in all)
You'd have to pay a minimum of $60 just for the content even
at just $3 a pop...and that's without the research part and the
bonuses.

So as you can guess, I'm not just going to give this away for
a song.

Before I give you the price, let me tell you how I came up with
the $1700 a month figure.

I did some calculations on these niches based on minimum
effort of just doing a few sales a week, which is a joke. If you
can't make 3 sales a week for each of these products, you need
to go to a McDonald's and apply for a job...I'm serious.

The guide gives you basic suggestions for promotion, but with
my "Complete Internet Advertising Guide" which normally sells
for $27 through Clickbank by itself, you should have more than
enough ways to promote these niches.

The point is, the hard part...finding them...has been done for
you.

So if niche research is something you hate doing, then this is
a no brainer. If not, then you don't need this. It's that simple.

But only 100 are going...period.

So, what is this going to cost you?

Here is the real cost of this product if I were going to price it
for the public.

1. 5 niches researched - $250
2. Complete Internet Advertising Guide - $27
3. 15 articles - $450
4. 5 reviews - $150

Total Cost - $877

With 100 of these going out, I'd probably sell this as a $67
product. I think that's fair for the amount of time put in and
the return you'll get.

Normally, I sell my WSOs for half off of what I would sell them
to the public for, so this would normally go for $33.50

But because I have been so blessed this year and want to make
this as affordable as I can to everybody, I am letting this go for
just $25

That's it. I could make a lot more than the $5,000 (assuming they
all go) by just keeping these niches to myself, which I seriously
thought of doing. But that's not the Warrior Way. Besides, 100
copies will put very little dent into keyword phrases with KEIs as
high as these, I'm not worried about 100 copies going out.

Honest enough? I mean I'm crazy, but I'm not THAT crazy,
which is why I am limiting this JUST like I limited Niche Research
Revolution 6, which is sold out and gone FORVER.

As a matter of fact, somebody PM'd me to ask it I could make
an exception and sell him a copy. My response was a simple
no, it's sold out.

So when I say 100, I mean 100.

Anyway, that's it. No hard sell. This doesn't even require thought.
Either you want to cash in on 5 niches that few people have
discovered yet or you don't. It doesn't get simpler than that.

No way I can possibly answer this question knowing absolutely nothing
about you. All I can say is that I've tried to make this as simple to follow
as I could so that almost anybody can do it.

George, I use Google's keyword tool and their search engine in order to
compute KEI. I find it to be the most reliable, though quite honestly, no
keyword tool is 100% perfect. You need to learn how to use each one and
know what to look for.

None of the niches are in the financial/trading area. I don't consider them
to be "unknown" quality niches. I only include niches that most people
would not think of but bring in a substantial number of visitors.

KEI = (monthly searches/competing sites) X monthly searches.

So, if you have a keyword phrase that gets 3,000 monthly searches, which
is a decent long tail amount and there are 30,000 competing sites, you get:

3,000/30,000 X 3,000 = 300.

Any KEI over 100 is considered good.

I don't have a specialized list for this product. I send out an email to all my
list members (anyone on any of my lists) when these products come out so
they can get first crack at them. So if you're on any of my lists, you'll get
an email.
