I also filed a claim. But Paypal has been decided (within hours) in favor of shocs. Here is the Paypal page telling the story.

Quote:
Disputed Amount:

* $15.00 USD

Status

We're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the delivery of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality.

What happens next

We encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve this matter.

* 22/02/2009 22:05 AEDT - PayPal: Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.
* 22/02/2009 22:05 AEDT - Seller: Refund reason not plausible.
* 22/02/2009 22:04 AEDT - Seller: Gary, you already got a response. I said over and over, refunds aren't given only in the case if this product seems not to be working anymore.
* 22/02/2009 12:53 AEDT - Buyer: The product name is "Make more than $1000/day easy!" but I regret to advise that it is *not* easy. Thus I chose 'Significantly not as described'. The instructions are incomplete so I've ticked the Incomplete box. I've requested a refund from the vendor and sent recent emails but getting no response.

Lessons I take from this experience --

1. Paypal will not do initiate refunds for digital products.

2. Vendors can protect themselves by escalating the claim.

3. Be very wary of buying when there is not a publicly stated refund policy.

........Oops, sorry guys.
Kris Jackman of RacingSecretsExposed.com says "another SEO team said my project was not possible and wanted $5,000 up-front just to try. Then I contacted Gary, and 3 weeks later I'm on the front page of Google for my search term for a fraction of the cost."

Yes Gary. This is a good lesson for everyone here.

My i want to add some more points.

4) Always check the sellers previous posts to find out the sellers reliability.

5) Never buy any WSO without money back gurantee.

6) The scammers are always uses new forum id to sell thier Scam products. So never buy any WSO from a new of member with less than 300 posts.

I caught this seller buying $3000 a month WSO few days back. This one confirms he is not really making $1000 a day using the mehod he has sold here.

Here is the thread he bought $3000 a month guide...
▄▀▄▀▄ ▄▀▄▀▄ $3,000 PER MONTH GUARANTEED! ▄▀▄▀▄ ▄▀▄▀▄ YES, I SAID GUARANTEED!!

But really i wonder how these people create scam products and selling like an expert in those systems.
