I need to now go in and edit items to personalize it specifically to me along with affiliate links and other ways to make it more 'mine'. Hey Thanks,

If you want to know about more niches, you can subscribe to updates,and yes you would need a domain and hosting. But you don't need FTP access. All you need to do is just upload the theme, the posts, etc. My video breaks it down step by step.

I got a review copy for the Penny Stock Blog.
Here my take after a real testing of this WSO:

First of all:
This is not a "turn-key" website...
(in other words not something that you upload, unzip and you are in business)

Essentially you get:
1 dedicated/custom theme
2 plugins (evermore and featured-content-gallery)
If you are familiar with WordPress, you'll have no problem installing them.

The system is (almost) AdSense ready - you need to add the widget and related basic content.
(a default text file is provided in the package)
Of course, for monetization, you'll have to insert your Google AdSense ID in the widget.
(for additional/better monetizing opportunities you might also consider affiliate offers)
Hint: if you are an Amazon affiliate you'll find also plenty of books on the subject...

Then, the website needs to be "populated" - with videos, articles, etc.
That's the tricky part - especially if you are a complete newbie.
Don't get mistaken: the real flaw to me is not about how this can be difficult or not.
The real problem is that all the help you get is the video on this sales page.
Not enough explicit - no audio - and not "crystal clear" quality - even at full screen.

When asked which theme I preferred to review of the two sponsored here, I choose this one because I trade online almost everyday. So it was in line with something I know pretty well.
While there are plenty of websites about penny stocks - and some of them are damn good - putting up your own blog, if you like the subject of course, can be quite interesting if you put in some work to differentiate yourself...

That said there is an interesting point to consider if you are tempted to buy this WSO:
The basic theme can be completely changed/customized at your liking.
So, should you prefer to talk about forex/currencies, commodities, futures or even stamps or vintage cars, you can start "manipulating" this theme in many ways.
(Of course knowing something about WP, plugins, CSS etc. will be of help...)

Usually I close my reviews with a recommendation but this time I think that the information provided above will suffice to judge if this can be useful to you or not...

Even the price - really cheap - in this case is not an element to consider:
I prefer to spend more to get a real "turn-key ready-made" product.
(my time is at premium)
If you have time to dedicate to this, you'll hardly find a better/cheaper deal.

(and beware of penny stocks unless YOU know what you are doing)
(in other words don't trust self-proclaimed gurus and miraculous systems)
(remember: most of those gurus are professional scammers)
