Your concerns are valid since your business data is hosted on the cloud (the web).

First, our Drupal CMS installation and all modules are updated to the latest version. We make sure of that. Drupal is a solid CMS (used by Fortune 500 companies) and this is the CMS we use on an ecommerce site that I manage with 35,000 customers. I used recommended Drupal hooks in the custom coding.

The site uses SSL, if that is an added assurance.

Second, none of the database management and custom coding is outsourced. Because of data security, we will not outsource data management.

I have sent an email to the email address listed on the purchase receipt from paypal, maybe you dont check that box - it was easier for me to do it that way as the email box is separate from my functional pc.. let me know if you want something else...

I need a better way to manage my time as some days I can go around in circles and working from notes and a diary does not work any more.. looking forward to see if this will help..

I see that you are looking for advanced tech stuff that I absolutely LOVE. I will add materials about seo and web development in the Training Camp. I won't exactly "teach" them as in a one-on-one session but we have the forum inside where you can ask me anything -- drupal, joomla, wordpress etc. Then based on questions I get, I will add training materials and resources in the Knowledgebase.

Hi William, interesting question. That is part of the original plan, but I did not want to create bloatware so I did not include that feature in the first release version.

Since you requested it, here's my answer: It's technically possible. However, please PM with with the specific areas you want the VA's to access and the number of VA's you have in mind so I will have a good picture of the scenario.

Good question. It is a valid concern. Although I am the product developer and site administrator, the business is run by a New Jersey-registered LLC that has an operating agreement and several partners. The business does not rely on my earthly presence.

Our hosting service, Hostgator, has regular data backups and I will add a feature next week for exporting of your own data via CSV.

Glad you asked that question. The Campaigns and Promotion Tracker is not like W3ROI.com or LinkTrackr.com as those are dedicated platforms built specially for those tasks. BizzCamp is more of information tracking rather than click thru tracking. We simply let you manually enter data about a campaign or promotion, including relevant URLs (URL being promoted, URL alias being used, advertising platform used, autoresponder used, email or ad copy used, cost, open rate, click thru rate, projected ROI, actual ROI, dates, relationships to a contact, product, project, business, asset and goal. It's a record-keeping system more than anything else. It's being tweaked at the moment based on initial user feedback and will be reinstalled tomorrow (Feb 26).

YES, this will work on the iPad because it's a PHP content management system. It can work on any web browser and requires an active internet connection. We use a mobile-friendly CSS-based layout.

In areas where we have to show videos (IM and Tech Training area) we use a video player that's HTML5-ready so it's compatible with Apple mobile devices.

Being a "software as a service" (SAAS), the goal of the system is to allow you easy access to your data via a web browser, it doesn't matter which of your internet devices you are using --your laptop, home desktop, iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows mobile, office computer, etc.
