Dr. Ben, I'm beginning to think that I need to stop buying your stuff. TWICE, that's TWICE now I have been sitting at my computer, ready to pounce on your launch, wondering who was going to give the best bonus, and WHAM 10 minutes before Launch MY POWER goes off!!!. No Internet, Desktop system dead. CRAP! Hop in the car with the Laptop, drive 15 minutes to nearest Starbucks, fire up, computer, login, get to e-mail, find Don Wilson or Jameson e-mail then click to buy button. Come on Paypal, times is wasting. Hurry to check OTO, Come on Paypal. If only you produced crap, Dr. Ben I could wait until later, but at the rate prices climb. THAT'S IT! Need a Generator and a 4g wireless adapter, then maybe my power won't go out just before your launch. |

Jumping in if you don't mind. By "buying them an account" do you mean giving them their own number for $1 a month? Or...does this WSO buy only a one number account that is shared?

I'm in, and the OTO too. This was one time I just skimmed the sales copy on the way to the buy button. Sometimes that technique bites me in the butt , but I don't think so this time. Looking forward to this - thanks Dr. B! ![]() Regards, Maury |

If you want to give clients access... that is up to you (or you can buy them their own account). You can house multiple numbers per account... but you may not want to give clients your username and password if you're hosting multiple campaigns in one account. Hope that clarifies it

I am not in the US at all but had to buy this..... I buy nearly everything Dr.Ben releases. I am planning on trying to market to US businesses in the near future and this would be a huge addon to what i am going to be offering. Anyway after I signed up to TWILIO for there free trial i noticed i had $30 credit i was looking at everythign and notice that they had a place where you could enter a promo code. Basically if you setup your account to automatically topup with your credit card i did when my balance reaches $10 top up by $30 you are aloud to enter a promo code. After searching the web i noticed there was ones for $100 but none worked.... But i found one for an extra $50 that still works...... So signup for Twilio and setup the topup feature using the code HICAP and you willbe starting off with $80 not $30... Hope this helps...... |

Yeah, your buddies did a great job on the presale, so it was easy to skim copy and take action. This comes at a great time as we're starting to work with local businesses that really need this. Now I know how to talk about it with them. Thanks and good karma to you!

I haven't been able to get my head around how one makes money with text messaging. I understand if it's half a dozen messages a month. I could handle that. But how it works with clients like doctors and dentists sending out lots of text reminders every day. If I turn system over to client, I lose control. If I have to input messages, it's a lot like work. clarify please. |

Charge a premium and make sure they also pay for the data rates. You're getting paid to be the expert and help them set it up. The key is to actually charge them what your time is worth. Also... make sure they pay for any data they use so you're not on the hook for it. Hope that helps!

Hey Dr. Ben, I am quite excited about this software and really happy that I do not have to pay for it month after month. that's really neat! I also bought the OTO and my mind is extremely busy with ideas about this. ![]() However, I cannot find anywhere a guide explaining to me how much to charge for the service to my future clients as well as telling me about the limits of that service purchased, and what happens when the limit is exceeded. Also, having a contract for the service would be really helpful. These are just a couple of questions, but I would like to have some response from you. Regards, Efren |

TOTALLY blown away with your text demo! This service is exactly what small businesses need now. I say keep it simple, and help your offline clients get more customers. This can be used for so many different businesses it's not even funny. I will be back for a full review... testing it out on another client today. |

After reading through all DR.Bens replies I just wanted to clarify something. Can we get clients to setup there own Twilio Accounts. Then get them to give us there details and setup the system for them??? We can then charge them for using us to send out messages for them via this txtreply. |

I guess I'll have to actually examine your software to see how it is different from the many available options... you indicated simplicity, and using twilio because it's inexpensive. I wonder if I'm misunderstanding something... it does indicate just 1 cent for texts, as opposed to they more typical 4 or 5 cents... but it says $1 per number? Does that mean every time someone signs up I pay a buck a month to have them on my list? So a list of 500 people costs $500/month even if I never send a text? Surely I must be misunderstanding. This would entirely change the pricing dynamic and everything else with it. The per text would be cheaper but it would seem far more expensive than a simple per text rate, even if that rate was 4 or 5 times as much per message. Am I understanding that correctly? I'm definitely adding SMS to the arsenal... just trying to wrap my head around what you have here that's different or better. Any feedback appreciated!

I'll be handling all of the pricing stuff on the oto as well. That's a biggie for alot of folks and I want to make sure that I go through it in depth and am able to answer questions. Excited to hang out at the mastermind and I'll make sure we cover that. I'll see what I can do about snatching up a contract on this. Thanks! Quote:

The only issue is if you want to give clients access to the system to be able to text on the fly (if you do that I would recommend getting them their own txtreply account). Setting up their own twilio numbers and accounts def works. Thanks! Great question.

No worries. You pay a flat $1 per month per number that you use. It doesn't matter if 500 people signup on that number or 5... you just pay a buck. Hope that clarifies it! Thanks!

Will we need to add the "Text STOP 2 End" message ourselves with every message that goes out or does your system automatically append the message to every text (including the initial message). The reason I ask is because when I tested your system last night the first message did not have that. Then today I received a second message that only had the opt-out message. Then I received a third message two minutes later that had a message but no opt-out instructions at the end. Thanks. Brett |

Then instead of adding it to each additional message I send out you send out a totally separate text with the opt out message only that they receive just before they receive the new message? If that is the case then we are sending them two messages every time we send something out to them which means that we are charged for two separate messages by twilio. If this is the case wouldn't it be better to put the opt out message at the end of each message instead of sending out a totally separate one like I received today? Thanks again, Brett

Yes, You are charged for two. The problem with putting the opt-out in just 1 message is that it would severely limit what you could send out (as you're only allowed 160 characters per text). Good questions btw. Quote:

I have purchased all your goods and use them daily. This one, looks great too, cant wait to get it rolling...but is there anyway you could include a teenie bit on pricing. Monthlies, per texts or what the heck should we be doing. (maybe PM ?) Till I figure that out..its like having a new car with an empty tank! |

I'm still confused, if we have to have twilio, then why do we need this product? I mean, what do we get throught this product that we do not get when we sign up for twilio?

Have you ever tried to use twilio out the box? Super confusing.... Our system gives you a simple dashboard when you can pull off some amazing things and get them setup fast. We built a User Interface that makes it super easy to monetize text marketing without all the extras. Hope that helps!

Dr. Ben, Quick question. Do you have to get a twilio number or will a Gvoice account work? I have one that I would like to demo the system on. Also, what features do you plan down the road? An will there be upgrade costs? I already purchased (price well worth it), but am curious where you are going with things. Thanks, John |

Should I get hung up on the twilio setup. Is it covered in depth with your material? At twilios site? Could you clarify more on your reply to reiki jeweler about the buying accounts question Post 61 I believe?
