If you mean the Google ads, yes you can remove this or change it to another
banner, I changed this on one of my Blogs from Ivancho

Just removed the Adsence code and added a clickbank product banner

BUT, with this one there is no instructions on how to install.

If you just upload the wordpress theme, then you have no pages. The adsense ads overlap the sides.

Help would be appreciated, especially an instruction sheet.
