Depends on the product and type. 20 to 40 pages, that's what my writer does.

5 Bucks on fiverr. There are plenty of gigs that will do your covers for you.

Kindle will accepts all page lengths. There are no minimums.

That's a fallacy.

Unless you are high quality writer who can write to people in a way that can REALLY communicate with your audience (and that's what you are paying for), then it's best to outsource to someone who can.

Next, at 2.99 (you get 2 bucks), it would only take 40 sales to make ROI.

If you do it properly (release on a schedule, and get people who love your books - which means GREAT writing) you will sell WAY MORE THAN 40 over the entire lifetime of the book.

This thinking is the difference between "chasing cash" and "running a long term business".

Chasing cash = writing yourself, getting burnt out, and having lower quality titles.

Building a business = hiring dedicated writers, having more product to sell at a higher quality.

The second is the way real, sustainable income is developed.

So, if you want to burn your hours (which you can't get back), writing yourself, and you can guarantee quality which will help sales, then go ahead.

Otherwise, myself and other people who are smart about business will profit while we work on other projects, freeing up our time for high dollar activities. (this is something I talk about inside)

I'm always interested in learning more about outsourcing, especially went it deals with Kindle, so I had to pick this up.

I'm super busy right now, but I'll go through this and give my review as fast as I can.

AWeber's down for everyone unfortunately, which is a real pain on many levels.

In the meantime, I've been watching the two vidoes (around 30 and 55 minutes respectively). Some excellent ideas so far and cleanly presented. Only issue I'm having is with the PDF mindmap, which I think is a special format that my PDF viewer can't cope with.

Using a conservative estimate of 250 words per page, my math gets me to about one cent a word.

You are saying that you get quality content that does not need to be rewritten/edited for one cent a word.

That seems to be the fundamental premise on which this WSO is based.

Is that correct? Or am I misunderstanding something?

CRAP! I forgot about that PDF. I'll get a "clean" one up (just a regular PDF) in case people have issues with the other one.

It's an interactive PDF, so it requires the latest version of adobe along with flash, I believe.

Yup - they won't all be 250 words a page though.

Also - you are paying some a REAL high hourly fee - but it all works out to really cheap.

I purchased this about 2 hours ago and started watching the videos....

...and I give it a thumbs-up.


And just to be clear - I'm not some sort of Kindle "newbie" or something - I've outsourced over 50 ebooks over the past 6 months or so. So, let's just say I kind of know what I'm freakin' doing...

Even with that, I found the information worth the money I invested.

I say it that way because that is the same approach I take when outsourcing an ebook these days.

Yeah...I do have to invest $100 or $200 into getting an ebook created and published.

But my job now is to come up with ideas for kick-ass ebooks and then organize the creation of those ebooks thru outsourcing. I also create the covers because I'm damn good at it...and it's FUN for me.


The only ebooks I write these days are the ebooks I WANT to write....and that's the way I like it!


Like I said, this WSO was worth it for me....and I'm a guy who is already doing it.

I also bought the OTO....going to watch that now.

I feel like I'm using the Windows Magnifier ... not easy to read.

PDF not working for me... doesn't do anything... can't install Adobe Reader 10 cause getting errors every time I try and won't install... could you possibly create a more user friendly PDF so I don't have to jump thru so many hoops trying to get it to work???? Tried it on 3 different computers and nothing... even tried Google docs... won't work.

Getting very frustrated.

OTO is 7 Bucks and is not required. It's a class for kindle - a lot of secrets will be shared but the main offer is unaffected. (Meaning you get everything you need for automating it up front)

The PDF doesn't work. I saw the post about switching it out to simpler PDF format...I'll need that.

The video in the software bonus doesn't work. I'm running VLC media player. Videos in the main product are OK.

I had no problem with the download materials.

On the download page, there is an instruction that reads:

If you have any problems playing any of these videos, please download the Video Codec HERE

That free video codec should resolve your video issues.
