Yep the Covert Action Bar will display on mobile devices accessing your blog, mobile optimized or not. (true for both the normal and the pro version)

I'm not familiar with the EZMobile plugin so can't say if there will be a clash there, sorry.

I had a look and they are really two completely different plugins. It looks to me like the stripe ad is just that, a yellow bar across the top of your blog. The covert action bar uses all of the powerful psychological triggers including the movement of the bar, graphical images in the bar and that attention grabbing sound to get the result that is what you are going for.

Well for Amazon (or anything for that matter) ... It's really effective if you make it seem like a discount/coupon was blocked and that they have to click the bar to unblock it.

That will get the click - obviously your conversion will then be higher if you actually have a coupon/discount or whatever.

Another effective strategy... they are reading your review blog about some product. You offer a more extensive review (buyer's guide or whatever, something valuable related to the product). Then make it seem like this freebie was blocked and link to a squeeze page to get it... Then follow up closing the sale and promote related products.

We have plans to implement the ability to limit the displays to once per hour, day etc. and will be adding that in a free update very soon
