I really was expecting to receive a script that I could install where I know I will be able to use it for as long as I wish without relying on you to maintain the service.

I also do not yet see the additional offline templates you said would be incorporated back on March 4th:

Originally the I.M. Press Release Generator script that was developed was indeed installable, but with so many different versions of Windows that came out (Vista & later Vista 7) the only way for me provide everyone with the newer OS's access to the software was by making it into an online version.

So to help keep costs down and provide updated access across the board the decision was made to switch away from multiple installable versions to a single universal online version - This means that *everyone* across can get instant updates when they are made/as they are made regardless of which OS/OS's they operate with.

Regarding this being considered a "service" I suppose it could be seen as that way, but never even considered this to be the case. The script was made by several software coders so as far as I can tell this sure is indeed software - it's just that it's not the installable kind

My apologies that could've been made clearer, but you're actually the very first person to bring this to my attention. This looks very interesting but I am still waiting to hear about the offline consulting templates that were mentioned a few months ago. I know there are many small businesses that have never heard of online press releases and could benefit from them.

Updates are automatically "updated" therefore you do not need any special download besides your login codes which were sent to you immediately once we switched over to the online version. Please scan your email account to find your access codes.

I just purchased your software and was a little confused as to where the download link for the actual application was until I read through the bonus folder and found the link to the online server version.(there was no download link for an actual program on the page)

After examining the software I am not finding most of the 1.2 updates listed below. (for example the additional templates, etc.) Am I missing something or is their another version of the software located somewhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks! We've worked REALLY hard on it

It's very simple. My software contains private access to 20+ super informative pages on how to *best* create press releases using keywords for SEO purposes.

If someone is submitting a press release and they are not using keywords/keyword density within the body of a PR then their press release won't gain top standing on the search engines plain and simple. Outside then of using PRs for links then ones press release is essentially worthless since PRs are for getting your products/services ATTENTION!

Second, excellent question. We have already have 10 weeks of time into development, but still we're not quite there yet. I wish I could give an accurate time frame, but software development is tricky and there's lots that can (and does) often go wrong until it is 100% functional. As soon as I have another update I will let everyone know but hopefully it won't be all that much longer!

Spent 30 minutes working on my first PR, then pressed the next button, only to discover that the script had timed out, so lost all the info i wrote.

Can you not make this so it remebers what you typed while working in the software? So annoying to start all over again!

Also, you can't hit the back button without losing all your info. can you make this in your next updates please

The still yet to be revealed "secret sauce" of the software has been under development by my own in-house software engineer for the last 6 weeks straight and it should be finally ready for testing within 48 hours. The $1000 special feature that gives it its AMAZING functionality has been acquired and it has already been integrated together. Once it is fully functional we will integrate it together with the current version of the software

The PR submitter portion of the software has been worked on for months (and months and months and you guess it...months) and I have unfortunately experienced *severe turmoil* with getting it working I've hired 2 different software engineers at a great personal cost of time/energy/money who both let me down in getting it both functional and finished

But the GOOD NEWS is...I just brought on board software engineer #3 to work on the submission feature and he is set to have it finished within 7 days time (providing he can actually pull it off unlike the prior 2 coders)

Hang in there Stewart (and everyone else!) because GREAT stuff is on it's way to you - and it's finally right around the corner!!
