Given that you personally mention software more than 25 times in this thread, I am surprised to discover that this is not software or a script that we install online - just password protected access to a service on your site.

I really was expecting to receive a script that I could install where I know I will be able to use it for as long as I wish without relying on you to maintain the service.

Or have I not yet received my download?

I also do not yet see the additional offline templates you said would be incorporated back on March 4th:
"Due to the overwhelming interest in "offline gold" press release template requests, there will be several additional templates specifically for that niche in addition to the one that is already built-in to this version"

When do you expect they will be added to your service?

Originally the I.M. Press Release Generator script that was developed was indeed installable, but with so many different versions of Windows that came out (Vista & later Vista 7) the only way for me provide everyone with the newer OS's access to the software was by making it into an online version.

So to help keep costs down and provide updated access across the board the decision was made to switch away from multiple installable versions to a single universal online version - This means that *everyone* across can get instant updates when they are made/as they are made regardless of which OS/OS's they operate with.

Regarding this being considered a "service" I suppose it could be seen as that way, but never even considered this to be the case. The script was made by several software coders so as far as I can tell this sure is indeed software - it's just that it's not the installable kind

My apologies that could've been made clearer, but you're actually the very first person to bring this to my attention. If you would like to get access to the old .EXE installable file which works on Windows XP just let me know and I will be happy to provide that to you (keep in mind though that this version will not be updated with those future changes).

As far as "the additional offline templates you said would be incorporated back on March 4th" the GREAT NEWS is that we are wrapping up an unbelievably MASSIVE UNDERTAKING that took all of our time and focus - of course being a prior customer you're going to get first crack at this amazing new software once it's ready to be released) so the additional templates and other functionality will be on the way perhaps within even as soon as only just a few more weeks
