Costs: There is some programming that needs to be done, so if you aren't good with php, you'll need to outsource that. Nothing major...a few hours of programming.

As far as how long it takes to make money...that's going to be different for everyone. But obviously the big bucks don't come right away. For example, it took "Mr. X" about 2 years to reach his current level.
