This ones from Jan... Hi Matthew! This is without a doubt the best and most useful WSO I have ever purchased! And, it's really good to see that you deliver on your promises - unlike a lot of WSO'ers. I'm using your CVP on a site I'm building now, an it just works. Without problems. I see you are also putting the finishing touches to the main upgraded version, and I hope you'll be able to include the "show an image AFTER video finishes playing". Anyhow, thanks again for a fantastic product! Best of luck, and Cheers, Jan Quote:

This includes; - website embedded videos - videos on your blog - sales page videos - tutorial videos - video courses - video information products - webinar re-runs - membership site videos - product launch videos And every kind of video you currently have on your website or blog. But first, let’s take a look at what’s wrong with doing it the standard way. We’ll start with Youtube followed by self hosted videos. Embedding YouTube video on your website the normal way has some major drawbacks. 1. People can click on the video and be redirected to YouTube. This generates some problems for you. It’s like having a bucket with a hole in it. 2. You are loosing traffic without monetizing it. (Every opportunity to click away from your website to should be monetized. Optin to your list, clicking order link, affiliate program, Adsense or generating viral traffic. Otherwise you want to keep them on your site) 3. Any value associated with the video to the viewer, is now associated to YouTube instead of your website or blog. Meaning, next time they want more quality videos, they’re going to be heading straight to YouTube instead of Your site. 4. First Impressions Last & Perceived Value. Everyone can recognize the YouTube Player. And, whether consciously or sub-consciously - when we see the YouTube player many of us categorize that video as “FREE CONTENT”, meaning we automatically see the video content as less value - which can reduce the affect of the video to the viewer. All these problems can be automatically fixed with the Custom Video Player. And not only fixed, but turned around 180 degrees to work for you, instead of against you. We’ll have a look at that next, but first: let’s quickly look at what’s wrong with hosting your videos the normal way, both on your server or hosting account, and with amazon S3. Did you know that when you use a 3rd party video player, you are completely at the mercy of their server, and have a much higher chance of something going wrong when it comes to streaming your videos on your site to viewers from all over the world. Even if they have the best possibly servers available, due to the complexity of the web and it’s network, things can go really wrong. And, if you have videos on a sales or opt-in page, even a few minutes of network issues can result in lost sales and reduction in conversion rates. Even though you may have access to some advanced statistics on your video plays, you are still completely dependent on their server and are not in full control of your own videos. Then there’s the cost. Quality video player services cost money, and to make the most of them, you’re most likely going to pay ongoing monthly fees that eat away at your profits. Custom Video Player puts you in full control, by allowing you to generate your very own Video embed code, not dependant on the performance of any third-party server or network. Custom Video Player eliminates all ongoing fees, by enabling you to generate an unlimited number of custom video embed codes on your own site, for all your sites. So whether you want to dramatically improve the way you add YouTube videos to your site, or take full control of your own videos with your own video embed code generator, the Custom Video Player is just what you need. The Custom Video Player works for WordPress, Websites, Blogs and can be used with your current hosting package. Let’s take a look at how quick and easy it is to add video to our site the right way, with the Custom Video Player. (The video above shows exactly how it's done!) Inside the Custom Player, we can generate our very own embed code. First, we enter our video link. This can be a YouTube link or a direct video file link, hosted on your site or any other site such as Amazon S3. For this first example, I’m going to use YouTube. All we have to do is enter the link to the video like this. (see the video above) Select our player size. We can choose any video size to best fit our site. Each one of these video sizes are set to deliver maximum video quality. The sizes come both in wide screen and standard video size. You also have an option to create a super wide cinema video. If we want the video to start automatically, we can just tick Start Video Automatically. Click “Generate Video Code”. And we’re done! We can instantly see the video code for our video. If we take a careful look at the code, and this is important, the code only features your own website address. There are no 3rd party sites involved. Also, the YouTube video id code is encrypted, so it’s impossible for anyone to track this video on Youtube. Below the code we get an instant preview of what the video looks like. If we are not completely satisfied with the size, we can choose a different size to generate a new preview, and find the perfect video size for our site. We can click the code here, copy it, and paste in into our site wherever we want our video to appear. You can also paste into a blog post or page. (please view this quick video where I show exactly how) By looking at the video preview, you can instantly see, even if this is a YouTube video, it’s loading in your very own custom player. This means higher perceived value to the viewer, and no more loosing your visitors to YouTube, no matter where they click on your custom video player, they are not going to leave your site. To use direct video files, such as your own hosted videos including amazon S3, all you need to do is enter the video link into the video link field. We select our Custom Video Player size. For this one, let’s try the Cinema Super Wide. We can select to start video automatically, and generate code. And we’re done. Below the generated video code, we can see a preview of our Custom Video Player we just created. And we’ve just created a true wide screen cinema experience. This looks very clean and tidy. The player is a clean design that goes with any website or blog. If you have multiple websites, you can use the Custom Video Player for all of them. Custom Video Player is the only software you need for all your online videos. Quote:

We're looking about a week until this feature will be available. Also, there are going to be other designs and colors added in future updates. With the current version, you have a lot of options with sizes, but the to hide the controls is coming soon! Also, you can try it out here: Custom Video Player |

A few questions: Are your videos secured and protected from being copied and downloaded? Does the video player support playback on smartphones and tablets? Is this a multi-site license for use on all your personal blogs/websites? Thanks, Bob |

The current version is using a Fash-Player, however, these are feature we can include in coming updates. Your feedback is very valuable, and we're just geting started! 3. This package enables you to setup an unlimited number of sites videos for all your sites and blogs. You've got full unrestricted freedom to set it up on as many sites as possible. Hi Matthew, 1. I am not getting the video displayed on my web page. Only 'custom video player' link shows up at the right bottom. 2. I want to get the video size 600x450, but there is no provision like that. 3. I also do NOT want to show the 'custom video player' link at the bottom which again gives an exit point to my site visitors. Please suggest. |

Hi gbsingh, Im Denise and am working with Matthew in a support capacity, did you receive my welcome email? I would like to try and address your first issue right now. Would you like to respond to my email with a copy of the embed code you generated and a screen capture of how you set up the generator? Are you getting a sample of the video playing beneath the embed code showing what you should get on your website?

Whoa! Talk about super easy! This script is fast and simple. I am certain that everyone from newbies to experienced users will find dozens of uses for it. I had it installed and a video encoded and uploaded in under 2 minutes! With a few tabs open, I am sure it could be done in less than 30 seconds. Boy, don't I wish other WSOs were this easy to use. I love the way this "re-encodes" the embed code so that people will stay on my site longer. With the combination of a Google Video Site Map and this script, I can now have entire video series "locked" into my site, with the Google love pointing to my site NOT some other site. Knowing Matthew, I am certain that there will be many updates and improvements that will make this script better and better. As such can give this WSO my HIGHEST recommendation. Get it now before the price goes up! Just my 2 cents Phil G |

Hey Mathew, this looks really interesting and I like the concept. That said,... whilst viewing your sales video I noticed the "Watch on Youtube" watermark link and was surprised to have been able to click on it and the get taken to Youtube.com where your video continued to play from its previous on-site position. I thought the purpose of your software was to prevent that happening and to keep all site traffic on your site? Did you forget to implement some specific setting that is meant to prevent the Youtube watermark link from showing or is there some other explanation? Best regards, Russell Hall |

I really like custom video players, and have several, so I was intrigued. But it failed my first test, as I am on my iPad and it would not play the demo video. From the other posts it sounds like maybe a non-flash version is in the works, but sadly that is a pig in a poke ... And since many others, like me, use mobile and tablets to view without flash, I consider that an unfortunate deal killer right now.

The purpose of the software is to enable you to easily add video to your site in a custom player, both YouTube videos and direct video files such as mp4, mov, flv... It gives you an chance to have a video player that doesn't look like a YouTube player, on your site, and still play YouTube videos on your site. If you really really want to find a way of clicking the link to YouTube, and were able to do that, then I congratulate you, and wish you all the best on the YouTube sight. This software was not designed to challenge people whether they could crack the code and link to YouTube. It's simply a way to improve the way you are currently adding videos to your site. And, I doubt too many people would be trying to click on the corner of the YouTube logo to go and watch the video there. I really think there is quite a big difference being able to click anywhere on a YouTube player to end up on YouTube, and finding some little corner of the player. If you want to completely eliminate all possibilites of having someone get to YouTube from your site, then simply use a direct video file, and play it in your Custom Video Player. Finally, it's called a "Custom Video Player" Not ... "NINJA YouTube ELIMINATOR IM Video Player Pro" - just "Custom Video Player"

A little disappointed in purchase Advertised "no Youtube" Icon/Logo or way to click "off page" from video to YouTube- not true - hiding "almost" under player controls is the Youtube Logo- click and away you go to Youtube. Sorry to be negative but deliver what you say you will please- otherwise works as promised |

Hey guys, let's cut Matthew a little slack here. He never advertised this as "no Youtube Icon/Logo or way to click off page". He states above "dramatically improve the way you add YouTube videos to your site" As such the script does do what it says. Let's face it they don't call this the "internet" for nothing. Everything is inter-connected or it wouldn't be useful. The idea is not to stop ALL links off your site, just to find ways to improve user experience and keep them on your site longer. I think the script does a good job of doing that. The "re-encoding" allows your link (not Youtube's) to be indexed. Common, use a little creativity to promote your site and it's content but don't think of yourself as an island and think that you can hide the rest of the internet from your visitors. Again, just my 2 cents, but I hope it helps some to make a positive decision regarding this script. Phil G |

This is a Custom Video Player that allows you to play both YouTube Videos and Direct Video files such as mp4, flv, f4v and other video flies. One great advantage about playing YouTube Videos through your own custom Player, is when someone clicks the player, they are not directed to YouTube, as they would be on a normal player. You are more than welcome to try the player here: embed.customvideoplayer.net You can test it out by pasting in a YouTube Video Link (link to the page that plays the video), or a direct video file. Give it a try and You'll see a preview of the video below. |

| That's a great question to point out! (and if you take a look at any products I have created over the past 10 years, you can see I do not promote or agree to any black-hat practices.) YouTube allows you to create custom players that control the video. Also, controls are allowed to placed below the video or hover the video with no dramas. So yes, this product is in line with YouTube TOS. I am a major YouTube fan, and all future development and improvement of the product will be in line with YouTube and other TOS agreements. For more info, you can go here: https://developers.google.com/youtub..._reference_as2 When it comes to using YouTube with this player, my favorite feature is you can now generate all your embed codes on your own site, without having any 3rd-party links in your code. Also, it gives you full freedom to use other video files types too! |

JUST A SUPER QUICK THANKS Warriors! I have to say, this has been the best and most useful Feedback I've got on the WF, so thanks. I will take all these points, and integrate into the sales video and make all necessary tweeks, so by the time the viewer get's to the end of the video, all questions & objections have been answered both consciously and subconsciously. Which means higher conversions and happy customers! Also, will be integrating most of the requested features. Then we're going to CB! Please note each time someone buys the package, the price goes up. And, since You're getting life-time updates, there's no better time to get in than right now. ![]() Click on the order button above. |

MrMCD, The first thing I noticed was the YouTube logo peaking above the player bar in the bottom right corner. The next thing I noticed was that I could click on it and it would open in a new window. This means your software doesn't perform as promised with YouTube. On first impression that struck me as lame. To me, the "peak-a-boo" logo is an unnecessary distraction. It seems that the easiest way to deal with this is to create a YouTube option where the size of the player controls bar is increased enough to conceal the YouTube link. Again, it's noticeable and a distraction. Which means it needs to be dealt with if one is going to use this with YouTube videos (which is a great idea). You brushed this off before and I think you would be better served to find a way to remove the objection. Can you make the "peak-a-boo" YouTube logo go away or not? Looking forward to your response. And thanks for listening, Neil |

Hi Matthew, I bought your WSO and installed the custom video player on one of my sites. Here is an excerpt of the review that goes out to my subscribers: Overall rating: This is an excellent WSO. You are going to get a complete software package that can easily be uploaded to your server and then lets you quickly embed videos on your site. The supported formats are YouTube, mp4, flv, f4v. There was one point that I did not like: the 'custom video player' link at the bottom but Mathew agreed to remove that with the next update within 24 hours. HP PS: I reviewed the first version of this. I am not sure whether the new version that completely crops out the Youtube logo and adds encryption to the link so that it can not be traced back is in line with Google's TOS. |

Trouble with this is Google own youtube, doesn't the youtube T.O.S say there has to be a live link to youtube in all videos.. surely a manual review would mean we could get in trouble.. I like the idea of this but am not sure if it's safe to use with youtube vids...??/ |

I have not been able to find any direct information that covering the logo is a violation of there TOS. However, with the new update, you have several player options and can choose if you want to hide logo or not. One great new feature (one of my favorites!) is the Auto-Hide controls. So when the video starts playing, the video controls fade. Here's a great new feature for Sqeeze pages and sales pages: Hide All Controls! Combine that with AutoPlay, and you've got a perfect seamless video screen for option pages!

Looks good. Just one question. Can we generate a video code and embed that code on another website, one that does not have the video player software installed? |
