Hi Mattew,
Yesterday, I've been approved to promote this product either by you or the warrior team. Last, night there was a purchase made for this product using the hoplink given to me at affiliates link (http://www.warriorplus.com/linkwso/p7gysz/25517 ). However, this morning when I logged in to my email I saw an email from payments@warriorplus.com saying (A Paypal transaction has been marked as 'Pending'. The buyer will not have access to your item until the payment is fully completed).

Well, I sent 2 replies to the same address it came from ( payments@warriorplus) and letting em know what happened; (a). I sent em a receipt number that it was paid by paypal. (b). I also let me know that I got another email from paypal and to my surprise that payment was made in full to my paypal account and not your account at warrior forum.

So, to my surprise I dubble checked to see what was going on, cause yours is my first case that turned out like this. I then proceded to make a new purchase using my hoplink (see above), and sure enough the paypal info for "payments to be made to" comes out as my info and not your info (meaning not the appropriate wso info). (Anyway, I didn't get any reply from the two emails I sent to payments@warriorplus, maybe it is not a reply link an was jus an automated default message).

So needless to say that hoplink needs to be fixed and a correct hoplink needs to be sent to me asap (please make sure it don't do the same). Anyway, its past 6:30pm
hereand I spent a long time to figure this out without any result. I also tried to go through my WSO account here, but I wasn't successful, maybe my account needs to upgraded, I can't seem to contact or send messages to anyone here from my account.

I would love to see a quick resolutation to this glitch, so that I can move forward with promoting some more for you, and I also can't wait to use it for myself asap, thanks.

Thanks Mathew, I read it and now trying to send help desk the message to see how the situation can be resolved. I have sold other items for others here and didn't have any issues like this one so yeah I am kinda new here, and it's matter of time until I get the hang of it. I bought a ton of wso's, and just started promotting recently. So, I am still learning, thanks a lot for your understanding.

This is an excellent WSO. You are going to learn how to create your own empire of recipe books on the Kindle with relatively little effort. Everything from research to content creation, branding and Kindle search optimization as well as KDP select promotion is covered step-by-step.

Hi Coach,

I'm sorry for the delay in responding!

Yes, it doesn't include the very basics (how to register for KDP, and so on) but it will give you a model to follow for any niche that you want to pursue.

Thanks,
Matt

I have written many emails to your email address (matt@mattwrhodes.com) and you have not responded to my request for a full refund on this product. Please send my refund to my paypal account as I sent you in the multiple emails. I do not have enough posts to be able to respond to any messages you send me on here. I just need my refund please!!!

Clix,

I'm sending you a PM with an alternative e-mail address to try. I'm sorry, but I'm not seeing any reference to your transaction ID in our support e-mail or transactions - I can't issue a refund if I can't see the transaction or your Paypal e-mail address.

Well, I read through everything, decided this must be a new product, and bought it. Then, when I went to the download page, I discovered that I had already purchased the same product and the OTO. Could you please refund my purchase? I sent you a PM with my receipt. Thanks.
