Other affiliate products I've purchased go into building sites and promoting sites but fell really short on providing training on how to correctly evaluate and select affiliate programs and products.

@Luminous64: thanks for checking in on that. Yep we've just had so many people jumping on our DFYs that we've had to keep them off the market for a week or two while we catch up. We traditionally only offer 10 DFY's per week, but when we get backed up we have to hang the ol' sold out sign for a bit.

So far I have gone through the full guide, and all the videos in the fast start besides the case studies. I will say that after that alone, I finally feel comfortable starting up my own websites and ranking them. As for how to choose a niche or product, you won't be told what to choose(As too many people wrongly focus on a lucky gem instead of the process of doing things right). More importantly you learn how to come up with ideas on your own and see Mike and Kelly go through it step by step.

Have only browsed through the forums and don't have too much I can comment in regards to that.

I would recommend this to newbies or maybe those who have tried things on their own but didn't really have a clear direction or foundation. Unsure how BTF would be for more advanced/experienced persons because I am not one of them. Just don't expect shortcuts. There is a lot of work, so work harder.


To Mike and Kelly: It would be nice if a purchase of LJ would unlock the FD section of LJ. Thoughts on this?

I analyze a lot of keywords. Enter in the Google my keywords have more than 500K searches per month. The first pages of Google, there are videos from youtube. Why is this video a few thousand views? It scares me. In theory, if more than 500K searches per month, this video have to be tens of thousands of video views.

I'm talking about forex trading and cash equivalents of this keyword. It is very strange.

I am afraid that I will start to display my videos in the top of Google and this is not persuasion, and no profit, but Google TOOLS shows 300-600K searches per month.

@lublu: Well first off congrats on getting your forex video ranked! That's a very competitive and lucrative market. Now remember there can be a huge difference between broad match and exact match. So make sure to select exact. Also based on what your video looks like and your title there can be a huge difference in clicks. I once ran a split test where the same video got twice as many views by having a different initial image.

I would just like to post an update of what I have found in BTF.

I signed up about a month ago, and do to family and work circumstance my life has become very chaotic, not all in a bad way, I just lack the free time I once had. This makes figuring everything out, on my own, a bit difficult at times. Despite this, I have been able to get a couple of sites up and running flawlessly. I am still working on content with them but with their fresh start guide alone, it helped me finally pick different directions I wanted to go. THAT was my biggest huddle in the past.

I don't participate in the forums area very often but I do read a lot. There is a wealth of information there as well. Lots of people actually making money. On the WF I find a lot of people saying how many years and years it will take to get off the ground, people in there seem to be doing it in months or less.

I haven't tired the full disclosure yet and to be honest, I haven't started making any money because I haven't even added any affiliates to the sites yet. That I will be doing tomorrow, but for the first time I am actually taking acting and I have Mike and Kelly to thank for that with BTF.

The videos have a lot of information in them as well. I will be sitting down to rewatch them soon to take notes. Kelly is very engaging and has a passion, but Mike's passion in the videos is amazing. They both are actually interested in what they are talking about.

I haven't signed up for the Full Disclosure but I will when I have the money to do so. I'm sure that's where most of the gems are but I have found enough in the Basic Membership to get started.

I have only ever tired one other program before and so I'm no expert as far as what others have to offer, but I can say I made the right choice with BTF.

@lublu: Exact match tells you how many people are searching for your exact keyword phrase. We use this because broad match can be misleading. Exact match means people are just the words you are ranking for in that exact order. Yes the number of actual searches is often higher than the exact match number. But the broad match is always higher and sometimes much higher than the real search total and can confuse things.

How "real world" is the info? I mean we see case studies but there's honestly a million reasons why they've could of been successful besides action or in spite of the info in the program. For example, everyone wants to try to see you on how to make millions in the fitness niche but, being in the niche for a long time, it comes down to one of two things. Buying a boatload of traffic (upwards of $10,000 per day) or having a bunch of friends with large emails lists promote you at the same time:thus you're an expert.

I'm not doubting the info but I also don't want to buy a program that will tell me basic stuff while the author is doing other stuff

The most valuable training in this program are the parts where you teaches you how to think like a smarter marketer. Instead of doing things that other people are doing, he shows you (with examples) how to be more forward thinking... how to anticipate trends as they're happening and before they happen. By the time you read any guide or method on how to do X to get $xxxx, its already saturated (which its being sold).

Kelly teaches you how to think above this and really dig for gold the smart way.

I wanted to ask a question. Have yall made any money with just the basic core membership and not the discolurse? Also, Is the basic membership worth buying after the trial?

I just bought the trial 9 days ago and I havent finished watching all the vids when the trial version expired and ClickBank billed me for a basic membership.
But there is no regret from my part. There are things to learn especially in the forum. I learned some tricks and success stories from the forum.

So far, what I did was actions based on what I know.

But what I did not realize was that actions only are not enough. You need to know the how to do it the right way.

In the last year I made $3,500 from Adsense by doing autopilots on 8-12 sites (some of them are already deindexed) and not writing anything at all other than Privacy Policy and DMCA pages, and not at all doing backlinking.
It's a mistake since I only rely on google indexing ONLY. I even ban MSN Bot and Yahoo SLURP since they eat too much resources.
I have some sites with more than 1 million keywords indexed by google, but only hundreds of visitors a day. I should have realized there is something wrong, but I just did not care...

So I am restarting by doing it the right way, and the lessons or "preaches" by Kelly and Mike provide me with insights already. Although honestly so far I only have time to watch the 1st 2 vids by Kelly (Market Research) and the Fast Start Guide, while in the process created a site based on the guides.
I got my 1st post on the site indexed in hours, or perhaps minutes I don't know. Since a modification of the post I did a few hours after I set the site is not yet realized by Google.

I totally understand where you're coming from. I build BTF sites all the time. Sometime dozens a week. Heck, inside of BTF I show you a 7-figure case study of an all Google and YouTube powered relationship advice site with a list of over 100,000 subscribers.

But there is no regret from my part. There are things to learn especially in the forum. I learned some tricks and success stories from the forum.

So far, what I did was actions based on what I know.

But what I did not realize was that actions only are not enough. You need to know the how to do it the right way.

In the last year I made $3,500 from Adsense by doing autopilots on 8-12 sites (some of them are already deindexed) and not writing anything at all other than Privacy Policy and DMCA pages, and not at all doing backlinking.
It's a mistake since I only rely on google indexing ONLY. I even ban MSN Bot and Yahoo SLURP since they eat too much resources.
I have some sites with more than 1 million keywords indexed by google, but only hundreds of visitors a day. I should have realized there is something wrong, but I just did not care...

So I am restarting by doing it the right way, and the lessons or "preaches" by Kelly and Mike provide me with insights already. Although honestly so far I only have time to watch the 1st 2 vids by Kelly (Market Research) and the Fast Start Guide, while in the process created a site based on the guides.
I got my 1st post on the site indexed in hours, or perhaps minutes I don't know. Since a modification of the post I did a few hours after I set the site is not yet realized by Google.

Well, that's all from me. I should have written some articles instead of writing a long post here I think

@yanhao: We show you how to do everything 100% for free...but we also show you a number of very nice time saving shortcuts that can cost anything from the cost of hosting and a site and a few tools that might cost you $50-$100 but really get you going...all the way to scaling up things to a bigger operation.

Hey guys just a review of this product.
Been a member of btf since around mid April.
Pretty much was a newb b4 I started but I had some general knowledge...
took me about 3 weeks to see some improvements in my rankings and then from there about another week before I had my first sale of $92 in comissions

The simple fact is though its more than just the product that you will find value.. having access to Kelly and Mike on the forums as well as a lot of other successful members alone is worth way more than the price being charged here.
