I ordered 10 articles five days ago and have not had any kind of acknowledgment of the order or notification of delivery date.

May update:

I received the articles last month on the 25th and they are good quality, so I ordered another bundle of articles, but once again I have not received any confirmation, despite also sendingPM to Michael - lol!

I don't know what else to say... I wish I had better customer service, but nowadays we are the beggars when it comes to getting articles written, so I guess we just have to wear it.

So, I think there is just a huge problem with maintaining any customer liaison in this organization, but the articles did get done, and I'll wait for the next batch to be done - hopefully faster than the last lot.

May update: I received the articles last month on the 25th and they are good quality, so I ordered another bundle of articles, but once again I have not received any confirmation, despite also sendingPM to Michael - lol! I don't know what else to say... I wish I had better customer service, but nowadays we are the beggars when it comes to getting articles written, so I guess we just have to wear it. So, I think there is just a huge problem with maintaining any customer liaison in this organization, but the articles did get done, and I'll wait for the next batch to be done - hopefully faster than the last lot.

So if you are waiting, I'm sure you will get the articles.... I suggest that you PM Michael to get answers to your questions. " Turnaround time is back to normal.
