The category part is easy. create the category and then set the G Alert postings to be category specific. The way wordpress works, however is that the posts are all kept together in posts... you can't really show some - and hide others... that I know of. You can try this.... setup a subdomain. Call it a keyword. so you will end up with http://keyword.yourdomain.com Install wordpress and configure to be a clone of your main site. setup G Alert on the Subdomain. Then on the MAIN site Setup a widget with an RSS feed. Paste the RSS of your G Alert into the widget (Sidebar) on the Subdomain - make sure the menu is all setup to point back to your MAIN site - and put the RSS feed of your MAIN site in the widget (sidebar) of the Subdomain. The effect will be seperation and good cross linking as well. I hope that helps. Great to have you with us. Cheers Walt

Separation? I think you are saying that Google sees subdomains as separate from the domain. Or are you suggesting something else here? Gary |

Hi Walt, I just purchase the plugin and set it up properly. paypal id was: XXXXXXXXG9932632G However, after setting it up, the plugin is not producing any posts. Yes, I have read your support on the topic and ensured I upgraded the plugin AND I also used the orange RSS feed button links from Google alert management console. I also set the setting to 5 posts per hour. I also used broad terms on the rss feeds. I do notice new feeds coming in on my google reader but no posts are being created on my blog. Can you please email me (I dont have pm here sorry) and let me know why this is not working? Thanks |

I'm looking at the original example site http://skincancertreatments.com.au/ and there's no way for the user to actually pull up the entire article. And the links that say "see all stories on this topic" yeild no results. How does this possibly add value for the web vistor? |

| I did buy this and installed it on one of my sites. You will need to spend some time creating some original content to insert with the snippets, but this works exactly as the WSO says it will. Only time will tell how much additional traffic it will bring, but the plugin does exactly what it says it will do. I should reinforce one tip given in the training. You really do need to add multiple Google alerts and also make sure the results you're getting are what you want before saving the alert and using it. Creating alerts with variations on keyword phrases delivered a lot more content. |

Penguin & Panda Proof Autoblogging Plugin IS ROC I am blown away by the GAlert plugin! Without a doubt the best plugin I have ever bought.....and I've bought and tested a lot of them! I had some initial problems getting consistency in installation across 25 money sites as only half actually posted after install. After repeatedly annoying the support team, I soon realized that all the problems were related to my incorrectly setting up the Google RSS feeds or selecting feeds with no content. Duhh! My traffic figures have gone through the roof! As a minimum all sites have doubled unique visitors. Traffic on one site has gone from 200 daily to 600. On another site, from 160 daily uniques to 1400 daily uniques dramatically increasing my optins! Without a doubt impressive results! Better still, these figures are improving daily. Admittedly, I have also used a rapid indexer plugin to specifically get the posts indexed quickly which has contributed to the good results. Also, 22 of my money sites are between 12 months to 18 months old. But 3 of them are new and they have also increased traffic within a few days. Thanks for an awesome plugin Walt. I hope that helps. Great to have you with us. Cheers Walt

That's really impressive by any standard. Could you kindly answer the following please: 1- Did you spin the content b4 posting? 2- What was the frequency of your postings per day? 3- What was the minimum length of your snippets? 4- How many pinging sites did you use and would you mind naming them? 5- Did you use the built in twitter? Sorry about the long list but I think you got all those items right hence the great result. TIA.

Just to report my progress or should I say lack of it ![]() It's my day 5 of having installed this software. Despite having set up some good Google alerts on on 2 different domains, as yet none of my pages have been indexed and obviously no visitors to the sites either. So I'm starting to wonder if this thing is going to work?! I was also a bit disappointed to find out that some of the early sites posted here either have not improved their rankings or stopped posting content altogether which to me indicate the owners of the sites may have abandoned this business model altogether! I would be happy to hear from anyone who's started using this software recently and has had a more successful story to tell than mine |

Are you using an aged domain? There are SO many factors that affect indexing and traffic - not only the niche you are in - but even the words USED in that niche. The plugin provides the content on the settings you dictate to it... But there is no magic wand for inputting the right alerts, words, niches etc. I am doing a case study (still default wordpress theme at this stage) on an aged domain - leavingthenavy.com | Employment and options after A Naval career Day 6 of the case study - and I am seeing visitors (traffic) each and every day. ![]() I am using an aged domain. I 'tweaked' the terminology on the G Alert settings to make sure I was getting A). Enough and B). the right sort of traffic. And I am using two fast indexing and RSS submitting plugins Contact me on Support desk - Universal Media Online and I will happily go through it with you. The plugin is working brilliantly - and brilliantly for so many users - as you can see in the thread - It does what it says on the box. But - like anything - if you set it differently - you get different results Let me know if I can help. Cheers. Walt

| Understood completely - I just wanted to point out that the plugin is bringing in the content - that the person is dictating that it should. It (as a plugin) can't magically make sure that the settings and content you input are the ones that will get you tens of thousands of unique visitors per hour. There are many (MANY) factors in that equation. As for the plugin working - and it's functionality - It is a single cost - for unlimited domains (license dependant) And you can tweak and play with the settings to get different content. Getting people to be searching for that content - and therefore traffic - depends on so many factors - But the plugin works as it should. Cheers. Walt |

Other sites I am running are getting 100+ visitors a day - making money on Adsense, via affiliate programs - getting opt ins etc. My point was this. the plugin brings in the content - as dictated by the user - It is a plugin that consolidates content on auto pilot and gives it a 'curated' look The content you set, will come from, not only, the words and phrases you choose. The niche you are targetting, the unique inserts you create etc etc. I can only provide the tools - (which many have, and continue to attest to, work very well) The use of the tools is always going to be up to the individual. I hope that helps. Great to have you with us. Cheers Walt

Hi Walt, I'm a fairly late arrival at the party but enjoying the possibilities this plugin offers. I'd just like to confirm the following having set up a test blog; Once the G Alert feeds are set up, does the plugin make an initial posting of historical content or does it wait for the next 'new' content delivery?. The context for the question is that I've not yet seen any posts (in 36 hours) but that could be because no updated content has yet been delivered in the particular niche. |

Quick question (which may have been answered in the previous 11 pages, but I'm at my day job and don't have time to go through it all): What's the difference between this and any of the many 100% free RSS Feed posters on WP, such as WP RSS Poster? Thanks. |

I installed it, configured it, set it up to post to drafts so I could edit before going live, set up proper RSS feeds from Google (long tail, short tail, crazy broad, just to experiment). So far I've received zero drafts. Zero publications. Zero hits on the RSS feeds (even though I've got the same RSS Feeds going to email, and they've been coming in like normal). Any ideas why it's a no go? |

Hi Walt - this looks good, but about your "instructions" area. Do you explain fully about the RSS function so even someone who is not a RSS "guru" can make it work? I have lots of WP sites that would love more "targeted" traffic. BTW, I just came from buying WP Smart Pages Plugin, and I want to be able to use them together. Does your training explain how to do that? ![]() Thanks, Maury |

Hi Walt - Just bought the smart pages plugin this morning, looking at the autopost plugin now. I have a couple of concerns that clarification from you would help on regarding a final decision to buy. 1. Reading through the posts, you posted up some example sites, one of them being the site I assume you run, for the domain hunter plugin. I noticed that as of this morning, you still have a page rank of 0 showing for this page: Domaining Question of the Day: Is it better to contact the end user from a company email or from … |. In fact, the box is greyed out, as if you are not even indexed. Your home page, the sales page for the product is showing as indexed, and ranked at 1/10. Can you clarify why this is? I got the impression from the sales page for this autoblogging product, that the "love" Google is giving to this type of content post-Panda and Penguin, would have resulted in the specific page getting some sort of indexing and ranking by now. (actually, I just did a site: search for your site on google, and noticed you do have a lot of pages and tags indexed. This particular page does not appear to be search engine friendly in the naming convention, perhaps that is the reason for not indexing?) 2. I see a lot of other examples of working sites that you posted in previous replies where the content on those sites led to articles no longer found on Google. I saw this discussed several times throughout the posts, and I just wanted some clarification on whether this issue has actually been fixed or not, and if not, what sort of penalty Google assesses to links that lead to this type of result. Look forward to your response. Thanks, Michael P. |

Great to have you aboard. Yes - you are right on the page rank etc for Power Shot I only installed the blog in the backend, a while ago - as you know each page has it's own page ranking system. There is lots of factors including the niche you are in, the social signals of your site, even the time of day that the posts go through. Conversely - alternate sites are getting upwards of 100 unique views per day - Those in different niches etc - and with more, less, different, expanded, (etc) keywords. As for the article not found - YES - we addressed that about 3 versions ago - where now all links are to original content - no longer needing the google filtering. I hope that helps. Great to have you with us on both!! Cheers Walt

The plugin is not determined on language. If you can set up an alert (in french) here - Google Alerts - Monitor the Web for interesting new content (make sure you are logged in to google) Using French words - and you can preview and see French content - you will be all set. That is a good check to do prior to purchase. Cheers. Walt
