This comment actually gives me hope. It sound more like a proxy problem, eg ghost banned. My problem is that I can't even get past the Licensing window.

I bought the program yesterday and tried the account creator which worked fine, the only thing I am having a problem with is the reddit voter. I am stuck at the .net seal login. I have created an account with .net seal but it says I have no time remaining and that I need to redeem a code.

I thought I'd fill you guys in on my situation. Seller Christopher Kirby "specopkirbs," has been missing from these forums for over 15 days. Non responsive to emails in over 20 days.

I filed a dispute with PayPal giving him 3 days to respond on the 17th. After 3 days, no word. Filed a claim last night, he responds within hours.

I do not believe he is on "business" anymore, and there really is little doubt in my mind that this has become a fraudulent offer.

To Mr. Christopher Kirby: I don't really care if I win/lose the claim. I paid with Visa, and I will simply get a chargeback.

If you don't want any strikes or closures to your PayPal account, refund me in full within 2 days on PayPal and I will close the claim.

Edit: To Marcel38 and anyone else who purchased from kirby:

There isn't any point in asking for a refund when he hasn't responded to any of our requests through email or forum communications in over 20 days. His only form of communication has been towards PayPal claims, where he responds to PayPal requests within hours.

You have to file a PayPal dispute and escalate it to a claim as soon as possible.

The more people that file claims against his PayPal account, the better chance we have of closing his account and preventing him from further fraudulent activities.

I lost the PayPal case last month (because it was deemed a "virtual item"), but won the Visa Chargeback. Visa gave him til Jul 10th to reply, for whatever reason (unlike the PayPal dispute) he chose not to, and I won by default.
