I currently have three workers on different projects
a person entering data on to a website for me @ $2.20us/hour
this person thanks me every other day for providing her with work
a php expert @ $4.40/hour - this person realy knows his stuff -
If you think this is exploitive then you can pay more - There is a built in
feature to give a bonus - highly recommended after a good effort

man.. I always have this mindset that filipinos are damn good at what they are doing, especially outsourcing jobs. Guess I have to personally scout for one so that I can be replaced. Any websites (which is free upon registration) to get me going in my quest for one? Thanks!
