someone 2 months ago using John

far as good as advertised. We had some
issues with her slow internet connection
so I'm paying for part of an upgrade (she
was planning to do it anyway after I started
paying her, so I offered to pay half for her).

She requested $250 per month for 20 hours
per week.

Note: That's what SHE requested, not what
I offered. And she seems quite happy. I've
seen people on the resource John recommends
asking for as little as 7000 Filipino Pesos per
month for full-time work - that's about $145
per month. That doesn't mean they're going
to be skilled, but they're out there. Most are
asking for 10,000-20,000 which is $200-400
per month.

This is a good program - I recommend it,
especially if you've tried outsourcing and it
didn't work for you in the past.

Yes, I have a question, I have used outsourcing before, and the challenge has always been 1) their Internet Connection speed slows them down dramatically, and 2) Finding someone with all the key skills.

My question to you is, does this explain how to pickup the "gems", ie someone who has a very high skill set where you dont have to constantly manage them, and finish things that they don't have the skills to.

No, it doesn't involve regular outsourcing sites like what others recommended.

1) It depends on where do they reside, I found my designers which doesn't have internet connection problem , but some do have minor problem with the internet.( Not as serious until they can't get online for days or weeks. Only few hours. ) You just have to bear with it.
2) Well, you just have to constantly find those people, if you really can't find them, train them. See what X has found.

It does however explain to you how to find qualified personnel . What I mean is the way to find a suitable personnel to work with you. I wouldn't said high skill set, but you can always send them materials and train them , and let them manage themselves in the end.

The advantage of hiring philippinos as mentioned by John is that they are hardworking, honest..etc.

As for John case, if you listen to his audio, he will tell you again and again that his employees "do their thing", that is why he is living the 17 hours work week life.

My experience is I did connect with some great people there and what they showed me is they knew what to do once I explain clearly what I want.
What I did was to send training materials for them.

If you don't want to waste time finding those materials, John have them in his membership site ( Modules to train them, just send it to your workers. )

I wouldn't said elance is obsolete , but I will said it is definitely better to hire someone to work only for you in which you can train them, and build long lasting business with long lasting employees.

If you ask for my opinion, I would said in most cases you can find processionals to work for you for a cheaper price compare to those at elance or other outsourcing sites.

i just would like to correct the information about the average monthly income of Filipinos. You cited $90 as the monthly average for Filipinos. I don't know where you got that figure. It is far from the truth. The minimum wage of the Filipinos is not even close to $90. It is way beyond that.

What we are teaching is how to hire a full time Philippinos for around $200 - $550
I do found some who ask more than that.
Depends on who you found and how you negotiated it out.

Michael, agents of value did a great job but they seems can't satisfy the market's demand for philippinos workers.
Some said their service is going downwards.

If you paid $625 - $775 for an employee, why not find it yourself for a lower price.
You bypassed a middleman this way.
It isn't hard at all, in fact it is fun =)

There is so much more info inside the members area that either makes/breaks your ability to outsource effectively to the Philippines.

in fact, it is more expensive to access bestjobs thru you with your monthly fees.
3 months access in bestjobs is around $100 while your monthly fee is way overpriced.

why not go to odesk it is free and you get to view the resumes of many filipinos there. yes there are expensive ones but the newbies there don't charge much. i myself won't pay $97 for that info when i can get the resumes from many sources on the net. or i just go directly to bestjobs.

But here is the thing.
I don't want to comment much because each business targets different crowd.
If our membership doesn't worth anything for you , fine as we are not forcing you to purchase it.
We are only interested in those who felt that our info worth the price. Thats it.

As I said, I am not entering price argument or whether does our membership valuable for everyone.
Here is what I can tell, every products out there can't satisfy everyone.
It boils down to how our customers felt.
If they felt it is valuable, then it is.
In this case, you don't feel there are any value for you and it is completely fine.
