Am I glad I checked into WF today...

Actually managed to got a killer deal early on in the launch. Best $6 I've ever spent (plus $19 for the OTO).

Great idea and for once, I don't mind the OTO which will speed things up a lot in terms of deploying these on my various blogs.

Anything which deviates from the typical banner type advertising, I'm all over. I have a lot of wordpress installs (and static sites) and I get a chance to split-test a lot of stuff. These essentially "alternative" banner styles work far better than traditional banners.

When they stop working, I'll move onto the next great thing, but for now, they work and I use them.

They don't conflict with each other (i.e. you can use both on the same blog - or same page if you wanted to). It might not be as effective it you have both on the same page though... we haven't really tested the combination, maybe you can come up with some kind of clever twist... like, blip the Covert Action Bar with a message that says you have received a message... which then is on delay, and pops up with the Covert Messenger... haha, ok - i haven't thought this through... but if you do play around with it, let me know how it goes!

Haha, implement these things - you will see the difference in your account too soon enough The clicks we got, from both the Covert Action Bar - and now... the Cover Messenger plugin are just insane. I put it on just an niche auto blog that I didn't even know was getting traffic and it got 22 clicks in the first day.

Another cool thing too - is that my bounce rate has gone down, so Google is smiling a bit more favourably on my blog. On a few of the pages, I have linked the CM Plugin to other internal pages, which keeps them on the site for a bit longer, reducing the bounce rate too.
