Do you hate sales letters that start with "Dear friend"?

I do. And only for the simple reason that I think they are unoriginal, and lack respect for the readers time and intelligence.

I'm not going ot bore you with such banal unoriginality and thoughtless verbiage.

On the download page there is a link to the bonus materials. There is a username and password also listed that you will need to use to access these materials.
