Hi Teo,

I focus primarily on flipping the websites like I do, it's what I know and what I feel comfortable teaching others to do. These are quick-start websites, however I do also include information on flipping established websites (I also do that, too), I just don't edge too closely into the high end, (costly) flips where you purchase high to sell even higher.. I stay in the low to mid range, where I believe there is far less risk.

As for start up costs, it all depends on how much or little you intend to do yourself as well as the type of website you want to flip. If you can create the majority of the packages, very little costs involved, or if you are like most of my fellow flippers and want to outsource most of it, you can get a custom blog up for less than $60.00 (selling for $200+) or a custom ebook type website for $250 -$300 and flip it for $797 - $997 or so.. (that's without doing anything yourself but answering questions in your auction and processing the order once sold).

I also cover purchasing low cost auctions and flipping them as well (cross marketplace), something else I have done successfully many times over.

The series is for both newbies and those with experience in flipping websites but are struggling to make it work for them. I am also releasing additional modules that will be focused exclusively towards newbies and others focused exclusively on advanced flipping strategies as well, and of course as SP changes over to their new marketplace, I will release personal case studies on new strategies and information from listings there as well.

Well, Flip Mastery isn't a membership site in the traditional sense. You don't pay a monthly fee to join or access it. All customers can access their downloads for up to one year, however. (I assume everyone has downloaded the package within a year).

I am also in the process of working on a regular membership site, separate from Flip Mastery, that will work on a monthly subscription basis, where members receive weekly modules, coaching groups, webinars, videos and other things. That site (ProfitFlips.com) will be initially offered to Flip Mastery members prior to any public launch.

So people will have a few options: Join Flip Mastery for a one time payment / package download, or join Profit Flips for access to a monthly membership. Or join both, of course =)

I love site flipping and can't imagine doing anything else now, but haven't read a site flipping product since I started over a year ago and thought maybe I ought to remedy that and make an effort to stay 'in the loop' - I've seen your work (and seen it sell!) so buying your product was a no-brainer. I purchased the moment I saw the WSO, with the intention of reading over the weekend. I've only just got round to downloading, and have caught glimpses of stuff I successfully do already, as well as stuff that made me think 'Ooh - that's a good idea!'

However, there's enough here to make me think that I won't read through it all quite as quickly as I imagined - I'll probably be up to speed by July

I'd happily recommend this WSO to anyone still on the fence about it.

My Honest Review of Flip Mastery.

When it comes to website and domain flipping I consider my self as a professional information buyer.

I am not sure of how many books and reports I have purchased about this subject in the last two years, but I know it is more then 30.

I have read some good, some bad, some really good and some really bad reports about site flipping in this period.

Flip Mastery is in my category very good product.

It is more a complete course than a book about the subject.

If you want to learn about site flipping this is what you need.

There are only two reasons not to buy this course.

1. You are not interested in site flipping
2. You will not take actions on what you will learn.

All others who want to learn, should purchase this even if you have read about the subject previous, as me.

My advice to the fence hanging people is to stop asking questions, and just purchase it.

It is well worth the money multiplied by 10 folds.

You may know me from my long running WSO "Build an eBay Store with FREE Software" so I've been around for some time in the "Flipping" game. I make a decent living "flipping" websites (over $100K last year), but Kate made that in just 5 months, and she was a "newbie"

Actually Kate was some of my "high" level competition on Sitepoint...I would constantly keep a watch on her auctions, and they would always sell for "OBSCENE" amounts of CA$H, with NO Income and NO Traffic...I had to find out "how" she did it...

I bought quite a few WSOs for site flipping, and although I've learned something from each of them, I always had a problem regarding what to do once you sold that site (particularly Wordpress). I was always afraid to start because all the other WSOs would go 'so now that you've made your sale, what do you do?' (and I was waiting eagerly for the next steps in how to actually transfer the site) Nop, the next sentence usually was 'Now you go and flip another site' (*groan*).

Kate is the first who really shows step by step (and screenshot by screenshot) how to actually take that Wordpress site and hand it over to the new owner, withholding nothing back. I'll give this a shot real soon, I'm much more confident now with the technical aspects of flipping.

Hi Teo, I focus primarily on flipping the websites like I do, it's what I know and what I feel comfortable teaching others to do. These are quick-start websites, however I do also include information on flipping established websites (I also do that, too), I just don't edge too closely into the high end, (costly) flips where you purchase high to sell even higher.. I stay in the low to mid range, where I believe there is far less risk. As for start up costs, it all depends on how much or little you intend to do yourself as well as the type of website you want to flip. If you can create the majority of the packages, very little costs involved, or if you are like most of my fellow flippers and want to outsource most of it, you can get a custom blog up for less than $60.00 (selling for $200+) or a custom ebook type website for $250 -$300 and flip it for $797 - $997 or so.. (that's without doing anything yourself but answering questions in your auction and processing the order once sold). I also cover purchasing low cost auctions and flipping them as well (cross marketplace), something else I have done successfully many times over. Hope that answers your question,

I am also in the process of working on a regular membership site, separate from Flip Mastery, that will work on a monthly subscription basis, where members receive weekly modules, coaching groups, webinars, videos and other things. That site (ProfitFlips.com) will be initially offered to Flip Mastery members prior to any public launch. I've only just got round to downloading, and have caught glimpses of stuff I successfully do already, as well as stuff that made me think 'Ooh - that's a good idea!' However, there's enough here to make me think that I won't read through it all quite as quickly as I imagined - I'll probably be up to speed by July I'd happily recommend this WSO to anyone still on the fence about it.

I have read some good, some bad, some really good and some really bad reports about site flipping in this period. Flip Mastery is in my category very good product. It is more a complete course than a book about the subject. If you want to learn about site flipping this is what you need. There are only two reasons not to buy this course. 1. You are not interested in site flipping 2. You will not take actions on what you will learn. All others who want to learn, should purchase this even if you have read about the subject previous, as me. My advice to the fence hanging people is to stop asking questions, and just purchase it. I was always afraid to start because all the other WSOs would go 'so now that you've made your sale, what do you do?' (and I was waiting eagerly for the next steps in how to actually transfer the site) Nop, the next sentence usually was 'Now you go and flip another site' (groan). Kate is the first who really shows step by step (and screenshot by screenshot) how to actually take that Wordpress site and hand it over to the new owner, withholding nothing back. I'll give this a shot real soon, I'm much more confident now with the technical aspects of flipping.
