Optin Pressor will only allow to post on the FB wall only once (first time subscription) and this feature, to make facebook Wall post again and again for all FB subscribers will be available after I found a white hat way to avoid spam and misuse of it.

You just only need a wordpress site and then install it just like the other plugins. It's Super Easy to install!
