Yes it can, and will also allow you to export the data as CSV for easy editing.

In the US, it is legal for a business to contact a consumer who has inquired about a relationship with you.

I just purchased this product, and to be honest - it looks quite good. it is so cheap that its funny..

a question: someone here asked you about having all your clients (offline businesses) sending their customers to a website that you/I own, and then you can actually "host" the appointment scheduling on your end.

how can i do that?

another Q - how can i change the language of the interface, or the branding, for example - i am from Israel, and i want people to understand they should fill in their name in a certain field, but for that i need to change the text in the titles of each box in the form.

(i might be silly asking these questions - its really late here now.. )

I have completed the scheduling features that were requested; I do have a minor bug to work out with blocking out timeslots. After this is clear, I will release it as version 1.3.

So far to be included in 1.3;

1. Business Hours
2. Multi-Time Selection / Custom Time Slots
3. Fix Intermittent Date Bug
4. Add/delete/blackout slots
5. Client Access Controls

You can see a demo of the time slot selection on the demo listed in the FAQ post.

I will announce when the update is available.

Hi, just tried the demo but this plugin needs a little improvements.

1. If a 30 people want to select the same day and hours is possible to make it, so the system needs to blocked the selected hours in specific dates or show an option to make the system works like now.

2. The hour ranges must be possible to setup according the professional requirements.

3. Would be great all the appoinments can be exported to microsoft outlook calendar.

Hope you can make this improvements.

Ok I already bought like the first day it came out have not had time to test out yet.

I did go to your demo now and not sure if the things I am discussing now will be addressed in your next update.

Does the clients customer or patient have to login to there site to schedule appointment?

The appointment page looks really simple not good looking a nice large good looking calender would be better than the time dropdown menu type option. Not sure how to set up the calender though. The client should decide on the time slots like every 1/2 hour or every hour not sure and start and end times and days. Then When the slot is taken it is viewable in the calender not sure its set up like that now or will be in update.

Is there a conformation email sent to the patient when its verified so not to have two patients claiming the same slot at roughly the same time?

Does anyone here or you have any experience with other commonly used tools that doctors or lawyers or any biz use and compare them to this tool?

Does this have a way to save all the appointment records and is it able to generate reports to send to client not just a cvs file?

It be great if we can integrate a way to call them with twillio or even better I saw a plugin here as a wso about ability to make calls and have recorded messages wright from the wp site cant remember the plugin now. This would be awesome if possible if you and the other guy from that plugin come together and combine both plugins I would buy ASAP. Man that would be the perfect plugin for this type of business no need to sell to customers just show what it does and 99% would sign up quick think it over.

Will there be a way to back up all the data and have a simple easy upload method if anything goes wrong with the tool?

Last will you come up with a update to be able to set up a way so we can install the tool in one site of our own and offer a stand alone appointment service to doctors or lawyers or whatever biz all from that one site? It would have to have a way to separate all clients and have a login option for them and keep everything separate.

WP Appointment Assistant is now v1.3

• Added three custom timeslots
• Added timeslot blocking when approved

Now can you select up to three different dates & time slots, schedule the business hours, and choose the increments for appointments. When an appointment is approved or booked; it is removed from the available pool.

You may now also choose to redirect upon a successful submission to a blog-page. Simple use the pull-down to select the page you want users to land on. If you want to link off site, use the page-links-to plugin.

You can also specify which WP users you want accessing the appointment screen; check off the users under the Response Settings screen.

I fixed that date issue that would sometimes emerge, and also tortured that strange text position bug into submission.

...and I'm not done. I have more planned for the next version, which I will list over at my support forums.

Speaking of forums, I have another surprise coming, but more on that later...

It shouldn't be too difficult, but doing it right will take some careful consideration, and may not be practical.

Nice to see you getting the most requested functional enhancements done so quickly, been sitting on the fence but it is looking to have even more value now.

Now if you can dress it up just a little cosmetically, so that when someone hits the page their first visual impression is of an appointment/scheduler page rather than a standard "contact us" page, it will be awesome.

I got an email from you today saying there was an update. Went to the members download page and the zip file is named the same thing it was with the last "Update".

I looked at the files and can't see where any of the dates on the files in the zip are any newer than the last one.

I am interested to know how the followup emails work with the 3 timeslots...

I have 2 questions...
Q.1 Does the system have a shortcode in the A/R settings that will list the 3 timeslot blocks chosen by the customer?

Q.2 If you have multiple employees and you don't want to use the multiple employee drop down box. Do you have the option of keeping a filled timeslot as active till that spot filled has reached a particular number of confirmed appointments? While at the same time still sending a message to the customers that their appointment has been confirmed?

I hope this makes sense?
