There is something wrong with the checkout process as I did no even get to the Paypal page that allows you to "confirm and pay". The first attempt actually went to an error page but must have registered as a payment.

Even there is host restrictions, you can configure Autoresponder PRO settings and cron, to send ' n ' number of emails per hour.

I don't have any specific recommendation, but any host that allows a dedicated ip, SPF record, ioncube support, email piping will do.

I don't remember all hosts of my clients, but couple of them are site5.com, hostgator, bluehost, hostmonster.com, liquidweb VPS, powervps VPS etc etc.
(Sorry ... not able to remember anymore)

MORE BROADLY - any cpanel, Directadmin, pleask host sets up and supports above.

Yes. You can import emails in a batch (Even 10,000 at a time based on your host restrictions). Some hosts don't allow more then 300 emails per hour. In this case I advice clients to import the emails according to your host rules.

Yes. You can import emails in a batch (Even 10,000 at a time based on your host restrictions). Some hosts don't allow more then 300 emails per hour. In this case I advice clients to import the emails according to your host rules.

To correct my answer - NO you can't import email messages into the autoresponder PRO.
