Last time you asked if my dentist theme would work for plumbers.
Lets do an imagination exercice.
Strip the lawyer stuff and you get a structure. this structure can be changed. you can remove the slider/move it up or down, remove the practice areas section and also move them up and down, same for other areas.

So lets imagine a website for plumbers
- Adding the Plumbers logo - check
- Adding Plumbers Contact Info in header - check
- Does Plumber want slider or static image? You can choose to have slider, image or none. - check
- Plumber wants to list his services? - change Practice Areas to Plumbing Services - Add Pages with the services description and you are set. - check
- Plumber wants to have an welcome video and text to talk about his services? - add a video and the text in the theme options and you are set. Want to have this as first thing on page? sure just move this section up. - check
- Don't want to have that call to action text and button, its easy to remove.
- Plumber wants testimonials, last work pictures? remove video tab, change tabs name, choose the content you want to show in wich tabs and you are done.
- Don't have staff to put on site, use the Our Team of Attorneys section, change its title to latest works or our clients, and show the clients logos, etc
- plumber wants other colors? with just a couple clicks completely change the website colors.

After imagining this can you see a plumber site instead of an lawyers site?

Changing this site content to target another type of business is easy, and im always at the support section to help.

Is each business (dentist, lawyer, whatever) built on the same basic overall theme, or is the basic theme different for each of them?

My main question is, do we have access to all the features I see in the dentist and the lawyer theme to pick and choose if we want to change the content to build a different business. Example: The Dental theme has the Online Appointment feature, but I don't see it on the Lawyer theme?

Are all the features available on the backend, or are there different features for each business?

Hi

Each theme has its own specifications, for instance you mention the Online Appointment feature in the Dentist Theme that its not available in the Lawyer Theme, that has only one small contact form.
Before i created any of this themes i've conducted an intense research on this niches websites, i've studied hundreds of dentists websites and hundreds of lawyer websites and make note of the features that were common in each niche. I can say that 99% of the dentist websites i've analyzed had an online appointment feature, and 99% of the lawyer websites had just a small 4 fields form as you see in the Lawyer Theme.
This is why Lawyers Theme don't have an online appointment feature and Dentist Theme don't have a 4 field online form.

At this moment you can't combine features from the Dentist Theme and use in the Lawyer Theme and vice versa, because they are specific to each business.
