You can select the niches yourself but that would cost you an extra day in delivery time.

The answer to minimum number of searches is UNLIMITED(as many as the niche allows) because we dont use EMD or a specific keyword in the domain and put a limit on what keyword we can do the SEO for. Instead all our domains are general enough to cover information about whole niche.

Now we do have a minimum number of searches criteria for each keyword we target for each post/article. In total we try our best to target longtail keywords with 3500-5000 exact searches over 20 posts. So that would mean, we target keywords that are getting atleast 150-200 exact searches for each post which may sound low but since these keywords require no SEO work, the traffic from longtail is very consistent and WILL ALMOST ALWAYS increase every month even if you put no work!

You have obviously not taken the time to even read the opening post before making all the assumptions.

We are not even selling established sites, we are selling a service in which we build a site from scratch on your domain.
