I just finished browsing through this package and I love them
Very nicely done, high quality and enough different poses to suit any occasion.
Some of them even fit together perfectly in series to create some cool animations, the possibilities are endless, I'm sure I can put these to good use
Even though there is a no refund policy on this one, SO What? I can't imagine anyone genuinely wanting a refund on these anyway, good is good and considering the work that went into making them the price is a no brainer anyway.

No problem, but, here's a thought for you. Whatever you produce with the images then becomes your right to do with what you want as long as the original material isn't in layered format that can be extracted.

You as the buyer acquire an copyright to any derivative works You create

And you of course cannot allow the images to be part of a trademark under any circumstances.
