Q: How many successful submissions I can expect?
A: The best you can get from English language feed is about 80 English directories. If you get less then 80 successful submissions then go through submission list and look through errors. If they say you need account, get account. If they say your description is too short, then fix it and so on. Once you get used to directories' needs you'll be able to get maximum results.

Q: There are directories that require an account to submit a feed. How many accounts do I need and how do I get them?
A: Directories allow you to submit your feed only once regardless of number of accounts you own. That's why it is enough to register one account per directory (note that not all of the directories require an account to submit a feed).
You can register accounts one by one by yourself or you can outsource this work and import accounts package received from outsourcer. To do so just 1. export accounts template from the program, then 2. give template to your outsourcer to fill it in with registered accounts details, then 3. import ready package to the program. Refer to program's manual for details.

Q: Why don't you add a feature to register accounts automatically?
A: This feature would abuse directories and at the end everybody lose. That's why account creation has to be manual.

Q: How do I find my rss link? If I look on the report, and go to the successful directory, I don't see any links to my feed?
A: 90% of directories are premoderated, so your rss will appear on the site after approval. If you're not sure if submission in fact was successfull, you can open last page from the list in the bottom of "submission" tab and check this out.

Q: I receive virus warning on downloading file...
A: Antivirus warning could be caused by software protection and licensing system, which is used to protect the program from reverse engineering, cracking and redistribution.
There is an online virus scanner, it says that all of major antiviruses report the program clean: click to view on virustotal.com. So there is nothing to worry about.

Do we use cron to adjust the RSS feeds so they submit slowly for each directory site?

As for account registration, can't recommend someone particular, sorry. You can use "request gigs" on the right side of fiverr site.
As for adjusting submission speed, it's of no use in this case. If you submit two feeds in 5 minutes, nothing is wrong with it. Submitting these two feeds with 5 hours interval wouldn't change anything.

As for your question, manual says

Antigate protocol is supported by several other visual aid services (e.g. captchabot.com and deathbycaptcha.com), and you can use those other services by specifying appropriate values into Domain and Key fields in accordance with those services’ manuals.
