Just a couple of quick questions :-)

1) I presume that the QR code generated by the admin area is for each
specific page for each property listing and that is the page that will show
up in the scanner's phone, correct?

2) Is there any consideration to include a "text function" that would
automatically send the property page to the texter's phone for those
prospective buyers who do not have a smart phone and/or a QR reader
app installed on their phone?
(An added benefit of this function is that it would provide the Real Estate
Agent with the phone number of the prospect so they can follow up
with them if they do not initiate contact)

Unfortunately I had missed Mobile4Realty 1.0 as I didn't get to know You before the end of your launch of Mobile4Cars.

I am particularly excited about this now, because this is exactly what I had
invisioned quite some time ago, and I have been working myself to develop a mobile listing system for realtors. But since I am not a programmer and also not able to come up with the approbiate budget to get it done from others, I didn't get much further than the creation of single mobile listing landing pages powered with QR-codes.

So when I first saw Mobile4Cars, I knew You will beat me by leaps and bonds !
This sytem You created is so advanced and sophisticated, encorporating every possible feature one can think of... symply amazingly perfect !!
Never would I have come even close.

And then your price point ! You really make it available to for anyone who can see this huge opportunity ! Thanks so much Mark, for not taking advantage of anyone, like so many others in this industry do. I can easily see others rather selling this for a thousand grand plus big monthly usage costs.

Hi,

Correct, the QR codes generated are for each individual property and the property details page is what will be displayed when scanned.

No sms intergration at the moment but it is something I will be looking into doing in the future.

Yes, SMS is important as not everyone has a smart phone with a QR reader, but most cell phones do have SMS and mobile web capability now. And, as mentioned above as well, it is important for the realtor to have timely notifications of prospective buyers. Real estate is a very competitive marketplace.

Please do implement this ASAP. I was hoping you would have this SMS feature in this version. If not, I guess I can work something out.

Your welcome, our own sms platform is a while down the road but there are others you can use alongside our platform in the meantime.

You should purchase a .mobi domain name for yor clients sites as part of the set up fee you charge then you simply change the dns to ours and we set up. There is no link back to us

No, your demo site is on a sub-domain of a generic domain of ours, we provide a redirect file from yourdomain.com/demo as part of the sales site so you can use that url.

Is there any need/advantage to having our own .mobi website, or just a waste of money?

Do our clients need to try and have .mobi website the same name as their main website, or does it not matter at all. Example: main website is xyzproperty.com should they go for xyzproperty.mobi or is something like nothingspecial.mobi fine?

Interestingly, I've checked a few agents and none of them have the .mobi registered for their business.

I'm stretched for cash now, is there going to be an upsell/OTO that I have to take at time of purchase, or will I be able to do so in a few days time at same price?

Also, can you please tell me what EST translates to regarding the UK. All the time clocks are useless, they give place names or EDT. It looks like it is 6 hours behind the UK/London, or is it 4 hours? There again it could be 5, it seems the Time Conversion sites can't agree on this one!
