Dear Fellow Warriors,

Yesterday my husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and last night we made a radical decision to change our online business model.

My husband is a web designer and between the two of us, we've developed about 300 websites for ourselves and local clients. We also own about a half of that number. When we started "making money online" last 2004, we REALLY liked the make-$1-per-website-per-day-so-just-make-a-thousand-websites-to-earn-$1000-per-day idea. What can I say? We were young and crazy.

We've been driving ourselves crazy juggling all these sites and trying to keep them all profitable at the same time. RESULT: The sites we focus on shine like $$$ and the ones we neglect fall flat on their faces - er - domains.

5 years and 150 websites later, we're nowhere near the $1000/day mark. Therefore, we decided to launch this WSO so that:

OUR MISTAKE = YOUR GAIN!

We have finally (and VERY PAINFULLY) decided to let go of some of our websites. We don't have kids yet and these websites are our babies! I'm sure some of you who get "attached" to their websites can relate. Like good parents, it pains us to see some of these babies not reach their utmost potential. So this is kinda like putting them up for adoption for their own good. Ok enough, that's a little creepy...

For those who are curious what we're doing after this: We have finally decided to focus our attention on about 20-30 websites and get them to earn between $500-$1000 per month. Some of you may agree or disagree with this but we'll never really know if it works if we don't try it, right? From experience, we have gotten sites up to $500/mo. if we really focused on promoting it so at least we'll just have to duplicate it 20 times, which is not nearly as impossible as duplicating it 150 or 1000 times.

Let me enumerate some features of our sites:

• all have unique content (as some of you may know, we run a ghostwriting service so when our writers arenot doing orders, they write for our own network of sites)
• all sites are indexed and loved by the great G
• currently earning between $2-$100/month
• have earned at least $30-$150/mo. in the past when promoted
• most are over a year old and already have PR
• all niches were hand-picked by me and if there's anything I've learned in my 5 years online, it's how to pick a good niche (so I can give you the assurance that all of these niches are profitable)
• have been promoted via article marketing so the new owner also gets the rights to all articles used to promote the site (# of promotion articles varies)

Now let me honestly tell you that some of these sites are beautiful Wordpress blogs and some are ugly static sites (beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway). However, these ugly ones get a 20%-40% adsense CTR. Which one do YOU like better? Can't really decide myself and that's part of the reason we're selling them!
