Hi Paul Like mentioned earlier I'm happy with your WSO, the problem I have is with Chris Winters who always seems to break his promises by offering his bonus or his products and fails to deliver.. He's a tosser and full of BS.. He doesn't respond to any support tickets but he keeps hammering my inbox several times a day with offer after offer... This guys he's about the worst there is... |

Paul - I agree with you, that for my purposes, your BBB course would be a much better buy. But when I ran it by an IM consultant-friend of mine, he cautioned me that apparently Google is about to make some significant changes to GP. He said to beware of using any 'older' GP methods after they introduce these changes. Do you know what he's talking about, and will I be OK following your GP techniques - which I trust are 'white hat' - so it won't get me or my clients in trouble?!Thanks, Richard |

| rbowen...APPEARS You Are Right About Major Changes to G-Places No sooner than I bought this WSO I got an email from Peter Maxwell (one of the great WSO Warriors) who reported Google's coming changes to G-Places. Maxwell's email is reprinted below...and I am afraid I may have wasted $7...oh well...maybe some new insights are to be gained from this WSO. You may have see the announcement yesterday by Google on the new Knowledge Graph that they are launching to improve search results for end users. I think it is going to create a whole new ball game for SEO and it would be interesting to see how it develops. It is definitely time consuming to set up, but if you are charging your customers an appropriate amount it shouldn't matter. It takes about one month to get ranked, but Google has been a little slow as of lately to recognize changes, so it could take up to 6 weeks. For upkeep, just have to keep up with reviews and citations, this is covered in the course. Some clients I get to the number one spot, but I usually guarantee the top 3. Quote:

Hey Paul, Just checked out you new WSO and it is a excellent program. You step by step process and very understandable teaching style makes this program a A+. I have purchased other programs of yours and you always over deliver and your are available for questions. It is nice to see some one who is delivering a quality product that works. Thanks Paul for your hard work on putting these programs together. |

Let's say I help a local business setup their google places presence. How can I keep track of new sales made because of this work? How can they be sure that a new sale was made thanks to my efforts?

Thanks, Paul. And judging from the positive feedback about you & your earlier WSOs, I totally believe that you do - and will continue to - keep them up-to-date. I guess what I was trying to ask was whether it would be worth buying this WSO (or the BBB) at this point, since A) Google apparently is about to introduce a major change to GPs, and B) it'll take me 4 - 6 weeks (from what you say) to get a client into the top-3 GPs ... and it might take me a few weeks to even get a GP client to begin with. So I'm not sure it makes sense to try to get a client's GPs rank improved when, in the middle of my efforts, Google might change their "GPs algorithm" - and I wouldn't know whether what I've done, following your (current) strategy, would continue to be effective .. or worse, might it have negative effects on my client's GPs ranking? I haven't read Peter max's article (referenced in post #103) yet, but do you have any idea when Google will introduce their changes to GPs, what they might entail, and to what extent they might (negatively) impact the effectiveness of you current strategy? And I don't know if it makes sense to ask how long it might take you to modify your WSO to accommodate these changes when you might not know what those changes are ... or do you? Can you give me (us) a little perspective on this issue? BTW, I would have bought your (BBB) WSO had I not heard about the forthcoming GPs changes. And I'd still like to buy it - but only when "we" know what these changes are and - more importantly - whether you'll be able to successfully adapt your WSOs so they'll continue to be as effective as they apparently are/have been to-date. Thanks Richard | ||

Richard, I typically update within days of changes, as for your question about waiting... I would never ever stop and put my whole business on pause for fear of what Google 'might' do. Instead, I make changes and adjust my strategy along the way. Hope you see the importance of this. -Paul Quote:

| Yoo IAmPaulJames... I AM LOCKED OUT of Your Member Site! I purchased Places Pinnacle. I got to module #7 and left to take a break. When I returned to finish, I could not get back into your member site. I am pretty sure that I entered the correct username and password. So, I am locked out. It is a royal pizzer to shut out near the course’s end. I am really not too happy about that. Please fix it. UPDATE 05/18/12: This WSO Vendor IAmPaulJames responded quickly to my support request. My access to his membership site was restored within a short amount of time. His customer service is excellent. Thank you, Preston Mitchell |

Regarding the Google Graph changes coming ahead. Let's say there are 100 dentists in your town. How can any of them use Google graphs to create a competitive advantage? If you followed up on the links previously referenced, you'll see that the biggest impact Google is looking for will be in general search: names; meanings; and relationships. They gave the example of searching for "Taj Mahal." What is that searcher looking for: information on the singer, or the "building?" And once you identify the correct result - what was it that you wanted to know? And further more: what would you like to know that you haven't even imagined? It is about a search being able to distinguish between The Lions, a sports team - and lions, the animal, while offering you a meaningful choice between the two. That is the essence of Google graph. Giving you what you want without leaving Google's search page to verify if you have a meaningful result or not. However, when doing a brick and mortar search the context is entirely different. Local search is about location, phone number, office hours, and customer ratings. It will soon be mostly on mobile devices; and users will be very impatient and intolerant of slow loading and "useless mobile websites." In the dentist's example: citations (name, location, & address) plus social cues will rule in Google places. For the foreseeable future... Google graphs will be most relevant for searches that begin with information on dentistry: things like whitening, caps, braces, etc. So if an authoritative website on dentistry is part of the practitioners strategy - the site will need to be sensitive to Google graphs to gain a competitive advantage over his local competition. But information is not the core of what places is about. Places is about having a large volume of irrefutable information about who you are; what your do; your location; how to contact you; and what people think of your practice and your customer service. That's why I think selling leads is more immune to Google's animal kingdom of changes (pandas, penguins, etc.). Neil |

| Sarah, Great question. Anytime you quote a source you are citing it. On point to your question I found these two sources: 1) "A local citation for your business is a “mention” of your business on another website. A perfect example of this is your business listing on the Yellow Pages website. The search engines use this citation, or “mention” of you business to further validate that you are an existing and legitimate business and will increase your chances of getting found online." How do we approach businesses about Google Places? I don't have such clients yet, how can I test this method? Can I test it on clients who do not service clients at their locations? This method is about getting businesses listed on 7-pack, right? I've also seen some companies who provide such SEO services stating that clients pay only if they've successfully rank them on the 7-pack. Is this a good idea? |

I have bought several Places courses on the WF - this is a really good addition. Of course I knew a lot of stuff but there were some nuggets and it is a very well put together and concise course. I would really recommend it - and what a great price too !. ![]() One question - do you email us when you make updates ? Thanks Si |

| REVIEW of IAmPaulJames' Oddly Named Tut Course for G-Places *** 5 STARS *** I purchased this G-Places Tut Course and reviewed all of its tutorial videos. Subsequently, I must highly recommend it. And here's why: IAmPaulJames produced these videos himself. This is not some affliate hack job he is pawning off. This young man is actually a very good instructor. His presentation style is academic without being dry. No sales hype mixed in with his educational content--that's refreshing. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, he is very knowledgeable about G-Places. For the Novice to G-Places, this course should be your essential first one. It will give you an excellent foundation. And you can't beat the price of $7. For those already familiar with G-Places, you will likely gain a few invaluable insights, making the $7 well spent. Again, I really like IAmPaulJame's effective teaching style...and so will you! |

Hi this course looks great, but I'm looking for a more complete course i.e. one that also includes one about lead generation too. I was looking at this course of yours http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ng-proven.html but wondered if this course also covers what you teach in this one? Basically I want a lead gen/client acquisition course and one that covers Google Places too |

Paul. Thanks for this. You're not re-inventing the wheel, you're not making massive claims, and you're not making 6 figure promises. I bought the course and, speaking as someone who lives and breathes this shiz, I can say it's totally up to date. In fact I learned a few new things that made it well worth the 7 bucks. Thanks. |

Hi Paul-- Greetings from Madison! Your sales copy references the Google Places/+ change, but the release date for the WSO was before the announcement? So you must have made some significant changes to this method, or? Thanks, looking forward to buying! John |
