Clever salespage, but I don't see a license from the movie company to use their stills and footage for the sales page, or an acknowledgment of copyright anywhere. What happens to you when New Line Cinema comes knocking with a lawsuit?

I would perhaps rethink this pitch - it's clever, granted, but it's also the sort of thing that could see you wind up with a permanent injunction against you since movie companies tend to buy lawyers by the ton and are rather fiercely protective of their copyrights.

I don't want to be the party pooper, but when you say what's working and what's not working - if you check out the generally recognised SEO experts,SEO forums, Webnews etc nearly eveyone is saying that what should work actually isn't and what shouldn' work is. Example top ten listings for spammy sites, with thousands of crappy links for hot phrases like 'make money online'. There are hundreds of examples, the Penguin change simly didn't work as they thought it would - maybe they didn't test it, maybe they did, who knows ? But currently there are many examples of spammy sites going completely against what Google asks for -namely, content and organic links - and these spammy sites rank better than the content rich examples.

So my point is , if you are promoting legitimate techniques I don't think you can be sure anything will rank as it used too, unless you are in very weak markets with little competition.

That's a great question Mike, it can be for either new people looking for advice on where to start or members that have existing sites they need help improving.

Hi Donnie, there are no hidden cost. There is one up sell in the course. It's not required you buy it those. If you looking for some one on one advice for your sites I would pick it up.

The OTO is suited for whatever you want. What you want us to work on with you is entirely up to you. I've worked on both local stuff as well as global and some pretty competitive markets and the stuff I'm teaching in here is working gangbusters

One the very first thing I go over in the course how nothing with Google is quite set in stone. But there IS a reason why most of my sites have never been slapped and why my students and I have been able to rescue many of the slapped sites back as well.
Yes, there are spammy and junky sites ranking right now and I was also one of hte first to point out that Google messed up big time and will likely be rolling back parts of Penguin. However, most people do miss the big picture and build sites in a way that is ineffective and simply waiting to get slapped. That's precisely why I'm also holding the 4 live webinars - because there is no point to just talking about what works without explaining why it works and why it will continue to work in the future.
Within the course, I mention things that are working NOW and things that should continue working for a while (Based on what Google is after).
At the end of the day, the first thing you need to do is know who to listen to - only guys with 100+ sites that they can see effects on and those who actually know how to run tests should be paid attention to - not everyone who claims to be an SEO expert.
A lot of the 'legit' stuff people are complaining about is the same stuff that many had warned about already (like the blog networks - that was a matter of time before Google caught on) or single keyword based anchored links (again a matter of time before the hammer came down on this).

Anyway, at the end of the day, you'll need to see what I'm teaching and determine if what I'm saying makes 'logical' sense (as opposed to just 'look at me, I'm ranked so I'm doing something right!).
