Believe me, I am checking the support tickets all the time. There is an issue with the support system that sometimes the messages don't go through, for some reason. But if you send email directly to support at instantcontentcurator dot com the message will get through to me for sure.

I have been handling ALL the support tickets one after another.

If your support ticket did not get answered it's probably because the message did not get delivered -- some issue with SMTP server. I really don't know what it is yet. But messages always get through when you mail directly to support at instantcontentcurator dot com.

I just brought it and having a problem logging in to get my product. Waiting for response from support. In the Demo it say's "Post" can you post to a "Page"? I prefer to post to a page instead of a post due to the way my blogs are setup for Amazon affiliate products. I would like to be able to do review pages and use the Content Curator on pages and not posts.

Hi Everyone,

Just to let you all know, I am monitoring support emails.

I don't know why, but some of the support requests were not getting through from the support form, so I have replaced it with a mailto: link to our support email address, that always gets through.

Also: I just love the Warrior Plus system, but for some reason it does not seem to be interfacing correctly on the back end with Paypal for the licensing keys today. I haven't taken the back end code offline so I can try to figure out what's going wrong. Purchases are going through just fine but the license key is not being generated correctly, or at all in some cases. I have done test purchases on my own credit cards and it worked perfectly for me -- and if it ain't broke, I can't fix it -- but it seems to be failing for some customers. So if you purchase ICC Pro and the key issued does not work, or you don't receive a key with your purchase -- just send a support request and we'll get a working key for you right away.

I believe I've gotten to the bottom of the license server / W+ / Paypal issue. it seems that the licensing may be functioning perfectly again. only time (and support requests) will show the answer! But I did just research the last few purchases and the licenses were generated perfectly at time of purchase.

Well this sucks. I bout and for a good 10 minutes kept getting server errors when trying to access your site / my purchase. I kept trying and eventually got through just before posting here. I registered etc but when I click "Registration look up key" and enter my email address I get and error saying "Bad request". Great end to a bad day. Please let me know when you fix the issue. It seems like about a thousand people all tried to register at the same time on our website around 6:15 est. and the server was brought down. I noticed it right away and rebooted the server and it came back up right away. I'm sorry you happened to try to get on right at that moment. I'm sure it really did suck. Thanks for letting us know.

I have been sitting here answering the request emails, and I don't recall receiving an email from you before this post -- it would have been nice of you to email us first before complaining on the public forum! I believe I have a reputation for taking care of my customers in a timely fashion and I'm happy to do whatever it takes to make things work if it's humanly possible.

Edit: Teri, if you did send us a support request through the support form, I apologise if you did not get a response. We have had issues with the mail going out to us through the form. I'm not sure what it is, because most of the messages get through. But we have such a huge customer base now that even if only a small percentage of messages are failing, it still adds up to a large number of people. So that's why I have removed the form from the website and just put up a mailto: link. If you need support, just send an email to support at instantcontentcurator dot com and we will respond very quickly.

I will say that this kind of server-crushing traffic that we seem to get at times is just a testament to how popular this product has turned out to be. We had no idea there would be such demand for bandwidth at times. I mean it's all out of proportion, and I'm doing my best to keep the ship sailing straight.

Fast support, I can admit. 10 minutes after e-mailing about Registration key not working I got a new one by email. Thanks and congrats to the dedication you show. Allready started the software and posted on one blog of mine. A lot of details to take into consideration but the Software finds content with the help of Google Alerts. Just it finds text, photos, videos in a way it would take long to do manually. I am not sure if it will help me make some coins but it sure helps on finding content to curate. So hopefully we see on #1 of Google then. I allready think this WSO is worth it. Haven't bought any such kind of a product since long. But the low price really is helpfull (Got it on 9,46€ I think).

Apparently when we got hacked the other night, the hackers were spamming people through our system, because att.net has put our server on an email blacklist. I have submitted all the info to ATT.Net to help them turn off the block. But if you are a customer and your email address is with att.net there is a good change you will never receive email from us until they turn it off.

were you can program in our server so they'll let you get the mail through.

I have installed a very strong firewall and some other protection so I don't think the hack will happen again (famous last words) but in the meantime we are working to make sure everyone can get access.

Ok I hope I do this right as it's my first ever post on WSO. For me that says enough as I've bought quite a few products on here and I've never felt compelled to post a comment, either good or bad!

But this package is different. I have found it easy to use. The instructions are well presented on videos that make it simple to understand. The workflow is logical and even though I've never even thought about taking it as a direction to use I'm convinced now that it's a "kosher" method that's here to stay. Content Curation works! I'm still learning but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for a great package guys! And if you ever want a beta tester for any future product launches let me know because if they're all of this quality I want in! ;-)

Not entirely sure of your question, "give you the article in curated format" - the developers license does have teh option to curate from any URL.

I got your email in support, I've researched your account and I cannot locate any record of your having purchased under either that email address, or that paypal transaction ID. Are you sure it was our product that you purchased? Or, could you have inadvertently used another email address that you don't monitor, hence you never received our emails?

Because if you paid with a different email address, all your notification emails went there -- I promise you, no email was sent to eflanigan@comcast.net -- ever! Because it is not in the system. Period.

Maybe that's why you didn't receive any emails? Just sayin'...

Please have another look at your accounts, and let us know.

I want you to know -- I think we've been advertising this all wrong, when we've said it works only with Wordpress -- because really, it works with any platform!

yes that's right, when you pay by e-check in Paypal the vendor doesn't get notified of a successful purchase for maybe a week or sometimes more.

I will put it this way Patking...

I have been using curation on my main money site for about a year, before I really knew it was "curation" so to speak.

I also practice curation on other sites that are not directly related to the main money site but have pointers back to it.

I have been so busy doing the coding and programming for ICC Pro that I haven't done anything to promote that site in months (it's in a different market) but the money continues to roll in every month from that website.

I do think that curation works for your main site as well as any peripheral sites you may be talking about.
