I was never hit hard by Penguin. I got hit before Penguin and what I did is I simply stopped using autoblogging, scraping, bot backlinking a long time ago... the kind that Google frowns upon.

The work will be done on sites. I mentioned the video because it was an answer to a question about ranking a keyword.

That video you rank for a keyword could drive traffic to your site. It's all about maximizing opportunities. If you could create a video that you could rank for a keyword without any effort at all except posting a video youtube and creating a few backlinks, then that is a golden opportunity.

But then, sites today do not exist in vacuum. We have a lot of opportunities like social, video, document sharing etc...

Those two things that we need to master were mentioned in the intro video to Google Piranha that was posted inside the Training Area of GrowOrganicTraffic.

In fact those are not really secrets... Google has laid it out clear in the Webmaster Tools

1) Create quality, unique engaging content
2) Build quality, contextual and natural backlinks.

Regarding Chapter 4, I did mention some resources for some niches. Because I cannot possibly cover all niches in that chapter, I added the Forum Support to this WSO for further exploration of resources.
