Method 1, 2, and 5 are grey hat.

They involve sneaky tactics but nothing illegal.

Methods 1,2 and 3 can be started straight away, no start up fee.

Methods 4 and 5 take from half a day to 48 hours to be set up.

Method 6 you will have to pay for web hosting and a domain name. And will take a few weeks but then the serious money comes in.

I do have proof of income, I will take some pictures and upload them asap.

I'm actually away from my pc at the moment so I will sending the books out when I return home, I have had 7 orders so only 2 more books available at $7!!! Then the price will rise.

It depends what you mean by CPA - they do involve getting traffic to sign up to services. Hope this helped.
