Can you explain a bit more about how "using the "secret" file you will be able to charge your client more."

I understand what the file is and does but how does simply setting up the site quickly allow you to charge more.

Also can you answer this:

As for the "how to charge more" method, i played the game fact or crap recently and i like to apply it to WSO's, so i would like to know is it fact or crap, in other words do you personally use this method "fact" or is it just theory "crap" i ask because you seem you develop good WP themes but do you have any local business clients where you actually use this theme and your "how to charge more" method.

After doing as you advised - sending you an email with the details you asked for - I received my login info within about 20 mins.

So, I'm all good now.

From time to time some things don't go right with a product launch. That is to be expected and usually doesn't lead to cause for concern. I too experienced an issue accessing WP Pro Local. I guessed things were being worked on and waited a bit and tried again, still no success.

I saw that if I did not receive the log in info within 30 minutes to send an email to contactpixelcrafter@gmail.com it was only seconds when Jo replied to get me access.

The Thank You email arrived just a few minutes after and I had no trouble at all logging in.

Can i change the colors to other colors then what are included?

Can it not be a full width colors at the top like in the demo to show a background image?

Well, I don't know who is Mo is and how would I do due diligence without testing it out. At the moment, it's a small risk of a few dollars to possibly add some more theme options with a developers license to what I already have. If it's truly a rush job and there are no rapid bug fix updates then they will just have a lot of people asking for refunds and have a trashed reputation.

At the moment, you have dodge a lot of 500 errors just to get downloaded. Won't have need of it this week anyway so time will tell if all is made right.

ETA: I was able to enter my name/PayPal email but once submitted I got a 500 server error. Tried again a few minutes later, submitted name/email again and got a page that said I was already subscribed. Looks like Aweber never got my subscribe request.

Submitted helpdesk ticket, awaiting reply.

Well i just paid for it and i was able to DL it from their website with no problem and watch some of the videos.

I will have to work with it later as i have to go out to a job right now.

I hope it can do everything i want.

Needs more beta testers...the theme looks great but a lot of things either aren't intuitive or working well like sliders, contact forms etc....I'm sure updates will fix these issues. That's why beta testers are fantastic for this

I totally agree. I have probably requested a refund maybe twice in the last 5 years and the OTO here was an insult to the intelligence of anyone who purchased this WSO.

Add to that the continual problems and I don't care how great your programs have been in the past, you just took a huge step backwards with this WSO.

Poor planning and testing.

Get you money back and move on to something that is working without excuses.

Bought you last one without a problem. With this one I have many. Cannot get the slider to display. Cannot get the form area to display. I have followed your videos step by step with no luck. Have delected all plugins and former themes, no difference.

Some parts work, others don't. Noticed that my zip file is dated May 24th, is there a later zip file I should have received?

The video tutorials are very straight forward to follow. The only problem I've had setting it up is that I think the contact form is not working correctly yet.

I don't think the site is even indexed yet, so just need some hints to move it to Page 1. Any help greatfully received!

It would be even more FANTASTIC if the OP directly addressed issues a lot of people are having with the buying process, the OTO and the theme itself. Instead of ignoring them.

I would buy this theme but it seems to be underdone for me. I think the OP should roll back the price or at least hold the price where it is until he address peoples concerns and fixes problems.

This is a typical new WSO. Seems there are always problems with WarriorPro and Paypal lately. Overloading the server with a huge hit on release is also becoming common. So what? Wait a few minutes or send a PM.

This is a great deal. Be patient. I tried this through multiple proxies without incident. Absolutely No 500 Internal Service Error or any problems with Members Area or Downloading.

Its not bellyaching when people pay good money and the product isnt what its supposed to be.

As far as the WF or paypal server overloading, thats crazy! What a couple hundred requests max over a few hours.

Jo is an awesome and trusted warrior to purchase from. Having a few server issues does not in my opinion drop his credibility what so ever. The script on the OTO was just a way to make things easier however the rest of the package in the OTO is worth the price on its own.
This is a forum where we should be supportive and understanding not a free for all when the S**t hits the fan
Launching a WSO is stressful even when things go smoothly.

Ease up turbo and give Jo at least 48 hours to respond - I feel thats reasonable.

The OTO consists of 3 great stuff:
1. The zip file which will enable you to install the WP PRO LOCAL without watching the 21 original installation video. You just need to watch the 20 minutes video and you're done.
it's very useful to speed up your installation process (if you want to focus on the marketing side of your business).
So when you install WP PRO LOCAL using this file, you will have a full ready to go website with mock up content (you just need to modify the content).

BUT It's really up to you. read the post above, you will find an awesome newbie spend only 2 hours to get everything done ...
so it's really up to you. If you love tech stuff. don't buy the OTO.

so the date should be on May.
