A few questions and suggestions I would like to ask and give:

Looks very good and detailed explanation on current SEO and what you will offer but have a few questions.

You mention that as soon as our KW hits on page 1 the deal is off good but in alot of cases when you stop doing what you did it will drop like a rock in water. I would like if you could offer a package for much less after it hits its mark and keep the KW on page 1 for most of the month and we would pay that lower fee each month.

Now what caught my attention was your wording on the KW requirements it has to have a city or region in it is this true? If so as most know its not that hard to rank a local KW than a general niche KW.

In taking it all in looks like what you mention in your SEO does look good and current and would be good to use for our local clients. It would only be worth it if it could be maintained on a monthly basis for a bit lower fee and guarantee for keeping it up for most or all of the month. Then it would be good for me just to use you to handle my local clients problematic KW's.

Yes, local keywords are easier to rank but it is not that easy as you think. If you use Fiverr links, you only get temporary relief. The game has changed. Google looks at the types of links these days. We tested with thousands of keywords.

It can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the competition. I have to do a full keyword landscape analysis per each keyword to determine the time.
