Mark, does your autodialer have the capability of increasing or decreasing the dialing rate? In particular, to slow down the dialing rate when too many transferred calls are coming in at the same time. Thanks!

Yes, you can dial up to 10,000 call per hour. You can also set the dialer to pause when a call is transferred to an agent.

Don't do it! Yes, they could have calls forwarded etc. It's against the telemarketing laws to call after 9pm. I never call after 8 to 830 myself.

3000 restaurants? The issue I see here is the next guy that loads up those same restaurants to send robocalls to is going to piss alot of business owners off with the same approach.

Another question I have is:

how many of these calls get picked up by the owner or someone who is a decision maker?

I would think that most restaurants would be answered by the guy at the register, the hostess, or the order taker and would have no idea what to do with the call other than just hang up.

It would be interesting to see what the numbers would be with voice messages left at night though. In that scenario, the business owner would be listening to the messages themselves. That might be more effective and perhaps less intrusive too.

Is it possible with this system to leave a voicemail message? If so, how is the outgoing message timed to start playing at the exact moment (i.e. the beep) leave the message on the voicemail system?

I would love to leave voicemails that sound like a real person. In fact I did that previously with another auto-dialer. Two issues: #1 I wanted to call at night to make sure to leave a message but as Mark pointed out, it only works till 9PM #2 if people picked up the phone it hung up on them as per this voicemail only selection...

My current issues are the perceived reaction to my company when the first point of contact is with a robodialer; and while I don't usually bother with the "saturation" issue, this powerful tool can have us blast the same guys time and time again... Any tips in there to overcome that?

I wouldn't play a "voice mail" to people that pick up. You can play a broadcast message. Your broadcast message can say whatever you want it to as long as you make sure to include an option for people to "Opt Out".

As for the opt out, that's all handled in the system. You just need to make sure the message tells them what digit to press to get off the list.

There are different methods available in the members area (or you can invent your own).

IMHO, for one of the methods which offers to get the business leads using videos, when I let the press #1s roll over to the voicemail, most hung up (but I can still follow up, they are still a lead as they pressed 1 that they wanted more information) but for method 3, I am offering a free trial of my lead generation service (still using videos, just a different pitch) and when they press 1 they go directly to a sales message that asks them to leave a message and 3 out of 6 callers left a message. I closed all 3. I will call the other 3 back.

As for leaving voicemails, you'd have to have one heck of a strong offer to justify the expense, again IMHO. It is hard to get them to call you back from a voicemail message, as they already know what it is all about.

Now, if you think about it, when you are using the dialer, the ones that do not answer or have voicemail on, they will see they missed a call and curiosity, they may call back then, and you can have a separate message for them.

With method 1, when they press 1, they go to a message that pre-qualifies them and then send them to your cell or landland, if you do not answer within 3-4 rings, they get a message to leave their name and number.

OR... you can just have all press 1s go to a voicemail and be prompted to leave their name and number and you'll get back to them.

Yes, you do not even have to use the canned messages Mark has available for you, you can create your own or even have voiceover talent do them for you.

And each number cost you only a dollar.

I have two numbers, one for my press ones and one for caller ID.

That way, if they press one, they hear that message and if they use caller ID and call back to see who they missed, I have another message customized for them.

If I average $200 monthly fees for a client not to mention the setup fees the following month then I would just need a goal of 50 clients paying me $200 a month for service that averages out to about 1-2 clients closed a day in 30-60 days= $10,000 a monthly residual Income!!!

Fantastic product! While I have no problem making phone calls to prospective customers, this program will surely improve anyone’s productivity many times over. Yes! That's it exactly! As for the AMD detection, it's very good. I've never had any issues.

That video is old. Did I do it in the past? Yes. Do I do it anymore? Not at all. The laws have changes and it is not worth it to me to pay BIG fines to call consumers (residential or homeowners). Trust me.

If you decide to do otherwise, that's your decision but don't say I never warned you.
