sorry i'm not sure with what you're asking here, but i try to answer : this WSO is PLR offer to my previous IMBolt wordpress theme, so you can use this theme as your own product and sell them to your customers.

I got an update email saying themes are now encrypted. Whats encrypted. If we sell these I am concerned about on going support issues. I understand protecting your themes, and the themes we have rights to sell, but I am most concerned about the additional amount of support a sale would create by encrypting the themes.

it will not affect to the theme function as well, your theme will running smoothly and safe, and your buyer will not see anything wrong on the theme since it will not change anything to setting and designs. We are still updating the theme untill today, (currently we're running V1.5)

neither version I have is currently sellable by what you have said. That is not a support issue, as much as a presales issue. I didnt love activation, thats why I asked pre-purchase. Then I get update saying error, and now encrypted. Now you say neither version is working. Would seem little need to write support, because I'm sure the reply would be will get email when its working. I really like your themes and have bought several in the past (this is first resell I believe). I'm not as pleased with this lauch as its not finished and not sure what type support issues I'm going to have, and wont know until its finished and working bug free.

hey buddy, i am really sorry if it getting you more confuse.

firstly, you know the email you mentioned above was send to my IMbolt WP Theme Bundle personal license list, (not for this WSO PLR list) which means that i need tell them to get the latest version of the theme if available.

secondly, themes that warriors going to get here is the latest version, with no bug (since i have working and improving this theme for few months). I have checked it personally before launch here. Why i said "bug fixed" (it means we have fixed some bugs, no product is perfect, since launching the personal license few months ago, i have udpated the themes many times to make sure that all customers are happy using the products, and what i can say now the theme is working fine), is because email sent to my i personal license list. Although here in this WSO we have fixed all bugs fromt he themes, my personal license list also needs to know that new version of the themes is ready.

thirdly, i try to give you clarification here that english is not my first language, i was in hurry sending that email. What i mean in the email was originally - "i have removed the encrypt file". I'll make clarification too via email to my personal license list asap. If you receive my email, then you're one of my personal license buyer, you can check your PM for the link

according to your question :

Okay so here is what happened, after the launch of the reseller package an email went out to buyers of the themes from before about changes. Complicated by a....Malik being a bit tired.

It was just the theme update(email) the same day as launch made it most confusing on this end. All is fine with package as far as I know the download for said is the current working edtion without encryption.
