So long as he isn't defrauding the country, the banks or the rich and powerful people who are in control then I don't think anybody in authority is REALLY bothered. And worst of all - HE KNOWS THAT. After all he seems to have been getting away with it for quite some time.

I too fell for this scam! I just submitted my complaint form on the scamwatch site. I paid via debitcard (visa). Not sure what my bank can do but I will call them tomorrow.

Oh well, it was only $149! Lesson learned. Not gonna cry about it....actually I have no choice. :-)

LOL So, it took him two months of work and delay after delay because he was busy trying to organize and send everyone a report that has less than 25 words? LOL. How could this little, simple report, in my opinion its not a report anyway, cause a man to get unorganized, stressed, and close down his business because he couldn't keep up? Wow, he did seem like he was going to give you a refund by saying he will take care of it when he got to his office. Then he sends you this insulting report? He is trying to be clever. But it seems other warriors in AUS might really pay him a visit on wedding day. And that will be a day he'll never forget. Also, I was thinking and believe that he thought by doing business overseas that he could get away with his SCAMs. Perhaps he though "They are overseas, what can they do to me?" AAlso mate I just wanted to mention that I am sorry that things havent worked out and I wish you the best in the future. First of all you cant report me to the authorities because even though you believe I didnt do a good job, I havent stolen from you. I received a deposit to do a service and although you are not happy with the service I have worked on your campaign. In no way is this illegal. I obviously will not receive any further money from you. I have had my accounts shut down and am no longer operating. Because you paid via Paypal you are insured no matter what. If you file a dispute they will handle refund. I wish things would of turned out better and I sincerely wish you all of the best.

I'm in the same boat as you with one site to rank and I've been stuffed by this con-artist's WSO.

Somebody on this thread did suggest we look at this guy. Well I did and because of the sheer number of testimonals and repeat orders he seems to get I have put my hand in my pocket AGAIN.

Hopefully I wont get stuffed again.

No, not a cent. $322 down the drain. If he offers a refund period and does not honor the refund request then he is breaching the consumer protection laws, regardless if he tries to say he has done the work (he hasn't done any work BTW).

I don't know why you would report me to the link you mentioned. Firstly I havent evaded any tax issues. Secondly, in Australia we have to pay our tax by July 2013 for money earned july 2012-june 2013 so I have 11 months to pay taxes so I havent done anything wrong there at all.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, however I suggest filing for refund with paypal. They will refund you as I cant do it from my end.

1. PayPal can't refund because his PayPal account has no money as same as his bank account. The alternative way is he can send cash for a refund via western union less the service fee to everyone.

2. If the work didn't go well as planned, then he supposes to fully refund everyone as he has money back guaranteed for this. It is his fault what he did flat out doesn't work and he must be responsible for it.

Hi mate I never said i would provide live links in a report. This will take much longer and I would of had to charge a lot more money to do this. This was always the case as this isnt possible. No-one does this for that amount of money.

Some of my private clients get this service but it starts at $300 per month.

Im sure you can understand how much work would go into that.

Email him back and ask him one question, from his salespage if we are not satisfied with the results, we can get our money back in 90 days without conditions. Why doesn't he refund your money ? It doesn't matter if he already worked long hours, paid staff (actually, he didn't do anything about that). If he failed to deliver the results, he must refund no questions asked.
