Nice theme but does it use self updating Amazon shortcode? Your last theme which I really like doesn't comply with Amazon TOS because it gives set prices. You need to either use the short code or for those of us who don't want to lose our Associate accounts offer the option of no price and something like 'click here to see the best Amazon price'

Please address this issue for myself and your other customers.

WP Robot has an option for using self updating amazon shortcode so WP Robot doesn't just have to use the price at the time of your post. With the other theme that option doesn't work properly so the theme isn't compliant with Amazon's TOS

I don't want to hijack this thread but I have contacted support with this problem 2 days ago and not had a reply. In the meantime I and other customers using that theme are at risk of losing our associates account.

It's all very well releasing product after product but please do your homework first and make sure for your customer's sake that they are compliant. I like this theme too and would buy it if I was sure that it either works with the self updating shortcode or has the option not to include a price.

I understand what you're saying. BUT I have a friend that built 20 WPZon websites and is only making $75 a month. I don't think that's very successful. When you say SEO is important, it'd be a lot of work to go and do SEO practices to EVERY page created in a WPZon site. Especially since it's all auto generated :`\

I am however enticed by your theme here as you are using the "add to cart" function for wordpress. So I'm really trying to find a successful point to this theme.

A member just wrote something about how he'd like to have the API update the prices. Does the theme not do this? If it doesn't will it have that function in the future?

20 sites could earn even nothing, but also could earn thousands. Same with automation - some will look spammy and will get banned, and some won't - depend WHAT and HOW it's done...

I want to be positive here and there is no question....the WSO is pretty and very well done for a selling site. One of the best laid out WSOs I have ever seen.

My concern is I am hearing you admit your Theme is NOT compliant with Amazon and you will fix it soon. So...

• When will you fix it and how can I use it now if it is not going to create compliant Amazon programs?

• It appears also that other customers are having trouble with support while you are creating new products. Your answer is "We learned from that." What does that mean to me and the other complaining customer?

• It also appears that required disclosures are missing? What is being done here?

I am very very inclined to buy...it looks great but I am not sure it is ready for sale yet.

Help me to understand why I should buy today and not next week when these issues are corrected?

Well now I have purchased 3 of these themes so far and I was about to buy this one as well. However the comments with regards to the non-compliance issues with Amazon's TOS is a major concern. Thank you PatriciaJ for alerting fellow Warrior's with regards to this HUGE FLAW. It is serious issue that I hope the developers will fix. With all their Amazon theme offers, not just their latest release. It's bad enough dodging Google slaps out there. Now I must worry about getting my but kicked by Amazon as well!! GUYS... If it's the same person heading up the theme WSOs then he is responsible for all of them and the customer service. Therefore Heri should be making sure that support issues are addressed for all of the products that are being released in his name to ensure his own credibility as a seller on this forum. No point contacting previous support theme developers if they don't reply, but it isn't them doing the selling.

For the record it isn't just these themes that aren't compliant with Amazon. I've bought them from other WSO sellers who have been ignorant about Amazon's TOS, but something has been quickly done about it.

If you saw my other WSOs before, I have been partnering with different developers, EACH has its OWN helpdesk link and support team.

ALL the updates info I got from my developer I announce it via my email broadcast to ALL my jvzoo customers.

Now let me explain the way I work here...

ALL developer came to me with their product and asked me to launch it, BEFORE doing that
I made a DEAL with them that THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE to SUPPORT and UPDATE the product.

IF you have submitted ticket and there is NO REPLY from my developer then PLEASE inform me by REPLYING to my emails (I bet you are on my customers list, and you can directly reply my email and complaint directly to me) or my PM me via warrior.

I will FORCE them to do their JOB since it's the deal or I FIRE them.

Hope you can see how i work here and do tell me which theme you need me to update by PM me (please don't post it here on this thread since this is all about EasyZon theme).

Zongoldbox - I replied to your or your support email on the 10th, with no reply back. As I have already stated by email, on this thread and on the Zongoldbox sales thread that theme is not compliant with Amazon's TOS, just as this one isn't.

I didn't want to post in this thread but buyers of these themes need to be made aware of the non compliance before they use them. If you get all of the themes that you have been selling to be compliant then that will be good for you and your customers.
