What a thoroughly convoluted, confusing, and frustrating delivery process...

I jumped through enough hoops to make it to the olympics and I think all I got was the backupbuddy plugin, which I thought was a bonus to the offer????

Was I supposed to click on the $11 link to get the product and the $8 link to get the backup buddy?

Totally confused and dissatisfied.

Same here - Been pulling my hair out trying to navigate through this mess of a delivery... dead ends everywhere, can't find the plugin files at all. Extremely frustrating process, and I know my way around WordPress and Backup Buddy.

EDIT: After digging through the pages in my WP installation, I was able to locate another download link for the actual plugin files. Why you couldn't just tell me that is beyond me.

And, it's a fake webinar which is just a pre-recorded video that you can't pause. Miss a detail? Tough luck. Schedule yourself for the next "webinar" to hopefully catch it.

Azsno, I really encourage you to rethink your process. It's a painful experience. Provide a downloadable video, and/or PDF instructions rather than this fake webinar foolishness that wastes our time.

Based upon your very "positive" feedback, I've now included the video as a replay on the download page....No more "FAKE" webinar to contend with.....

You can use this version of Backup Buddy on all of your sites (you won't be able to upgrade, but it's good for this site as well as any site you own)....

After reading the sales page I was expecting to recieve a download of the WP Mapit plugin with plr rights along with a sales page wordpress theme (and content).

The bonuses were described as "Backup Buddy - included in this plr package" and "Protect your New Wordpress plr site with my wordpress security script Wp-Padlock".

What was not made clear, and needs some clarifying, is that the Backup Buddy plugin and the WP-Padock script are embedded in the backup file you receive as your download and aren't available for use on other sites (unless you're smart enough to locate all the files associated with them). Not to mention the fact that you have to actually install and configure the "free website" before you can even gain access to the map plugin which was what I was buying it for to begin with!

Be prepared to waste an hour or two of your valuable time jumping through hoops to access your purchase.

I've finally gotten to the point of accessing the plugin, so it's too early to say if it was worth all this hassle. I'll probably wind up keeping and using the plugin as it looks pretty good, I just can't understand why the seller didn't make it available directly as part of the download instead of having to go through all this b*llsh*t.

What's really concerning me at this point, is That I, as a buyer of this WSO, do NOT have PLR rights to sell the plugin at all. Please clarify. Thanks.

I had this plugin developed for me, I have ALL rights to the source code by the original programmer....

I can tell by the thread, you're very unhappy with your purchase....I'll be more than happy to refund your purchase, just say the word...

I guess my question is, what's so CONFUSING about the Download page and process??? I've sold this same plugin over 500 times and "NEVER" had the kinds of issues you're having....

Backup Buddy is available to use on ANY other site; due to the Developer License I'm not Licensed to sell this plugin SEPARATELY...It's included in the Complete PLR site, you're free to use it on any other site....I included WP-Padlock on the PLR site as a BONUS....

This is a premium PHP Script that I sell as a WSO....It's included FREE....As far as WPMapiT PRO being included, I guess I could have included that as a separate download, but what's the point?

It's already in the PLR site (which can be installed in less than 5 minutes, if you took the time to watch the installation and configuration video....Why split out one (1) plugin, when you get them ALL in the client WP WordPress download...

Okay, Look. This does not add up. In your post #17 you say "I'm not licensed to sell this plugin separately". Then you say you're giving ME the rights to sell it separately?

Please explain.
