You are right. There is manual inside on how to setup and build (even if you never build site before) website using wordpress which is free.

All you need is domain name. It cost around $10. Everything else you can do it yourself.

I think you'd need more than that. You can get a domain at GoDaddy for $8, then your first month of hosting for a penny. But then you'd have to pay the $16 listing fee at Sitepoint (that's with the bold and highlight upgrades, which is recommended). Total investment is $24.01.

That was answer to derekchambers - he will host site on his own server, so hosting is "free" for him.
Yes, you should add Sitepoint listing which is $10 for startup websites. All together will cost you less than $20

Thanks for the responses wqith sitepoint it clases a new site as one less than 30 days old. However, if you have a domain that is older than 30 days but have done nothing with it would that still class as a new site

For example I have a water 4 fuel site that is almost a year old but I have not done anything with it until now

This one I like. I like to the tune of $1600 which is what I got for my first ever site flip.

Been looking at site flipping for a while, but everything I looked at was less than half way there.

Made a few changes to a listing I had up and sold the site for $1600. Easy as that.

Ok, fair's fair. The site is very nice and ranking well, BUT I don't think I would have sold it as easily as I did without SiteFlipper Vault.

Been looking at site flipping for a while, but everything I looked at was less than half way there. SiteFlipper Vault is all the way and then some.
