How safe is the astral projection? There is some safety issue too that people aren't aware of. Have you been in that position ? best time to do it ? and such?

Astral projection is very safe. It can be practiced at any time. But for people who are new, I suggest trying out during the day time. The astral realm is an unchartered territory for most people. So trying out during the night might feel a bit daunting! So day time is preferably better.
