What I was thinking of doing is discussing it with everyone so that we can try and come up with a time that suits as many people as possible. I'll try my best to workout a plan so that everyone can get on the call. Even if you can't the Q&A will be recorded plus you can ask me anything via email.

As for budgeting - you'll need a domain, hosting and autoresponder to build your list.

To start with I'd say about $100 for advertising should be perfect. Once you start to make sales you can put some of your profits back in to buy more advertising if needed.

Once you have your product created later in the training you'll have affiliates doing all the hard lifting for you which will run on autopilot.

No. In fact I wouldn't recommend touching the IM niche until you know what you're doing.

The niches I'll show you are all non IM niches and I have a list of proven niches that you'll get access to as well, none of which are in IM.

The training is not in the IM niche either.

I find it MUCH easier to make money outside the IM niche.

I guess you could say that this is a case study. I'm going from start to finish in 6 weeks to outline this business model.

To answer your second question - pretty simple really. You'll already have a profitable affiliate campaign running and you'll substitute the affiliate links in your emails for your own product, PLUS you'll be getting affiliates to promote it too.

You'll most probably start making your first sales in the 2nd week of training. In the first week you're setting up your funnel and in the second week we'll be starting to quickly drive highly targeted traffic to your squeeze page.

If this is too expensive for you then I really don't think that this training is for you anyway. I'm really only interested in working with people who are willing to invest time and some money into their online business.

I think the price for 6 weeks training, support and support after the training is done is a steal. In fact, when I relaunch this in a few weeks time it won't be at this price.

I will be showing you how to set up PPC campaigns, yes. But the main focus at the beginning will be on getting your traffic from banners on other people's sites. I'd say about $100 for advertising should be enough - as well as hosting, a domain and an autoresponder account.

You won't have to interview anyone for your product.

Absolutely.

Scalability is one of, if not THE most important parts of this business model...or any business model for that matter. I'm going to put a lot of emphasis of scaling your business up as much as possible.

I do touch on outsourcing, yes, but you're not going to be writing tons and ton of articles or doing SEO or anything like that - that main outsourcing part is when it comes to creating your product.

It's time for a smarter business model. A replicable, proven system is what I'm after. This course sounds like what I need. I've never been afraid of hard work, I just don't like doing it for pennies. Pennies that may never come. I don't mind investing funds on marketing. I just want that marketing to result in reasonable traffic & conversions. If you can teach me how to work this intelligent, back-to-basics business model for just $200, then I am truly grateful.

Ok you'll definitely need a Clickbank account and also a Paypal account to pay for outsourcing later down the line (this is not essential but makes things easier). You'll be using your profits from your affiliate campaign to do this so it won't come out of your pocket.

I use Aweber and I've never had any problems with them. I think they have a $1 trial - so you can take that up the day of the training then you're away.

This is a proper business model where you're not guessing what your customers want you're asking them and giving then them exactly what they want.

Hey Larry,

You don't have to outsource your product if you don't want to - you can write it yourself.

With this model you'll be using the money you've already made off your campaign to reinvest back into your business (that's what I do, anyway). The cost really depends on who you outsource to. We'll cover that extensively in the training and I'll also show you the easiest way to do it yourself.

I know this sounds a bit cynical of me , I'm not out to offend but this is something I experienced before with a previous so called coaching program.

Like another poster on this thread I'm getting fed up constant being on the losing side of a battle with Google and want to start a more sustainable business this coaching program looks like it could be a good direction for me to go in.

To be honest - if you're brand new to IM then you may take longer to get the hang of things because you have to learn everything from scratch.

But saying that - this is one of the best business models to base your business on.

Like I told a previous poster, that depends on a lot of factors - your niche, if you write it yourself, where you outsource it. It's all covered in the training.

Training is done by video, as stated in the sales letter. It's watch over my shoulder training. The live Q & A will be done via conference call where I'll answer each and every question live.
