Hey Guys,

Okay, so I think I finally got the website back online. I had to go back and forth with my webhost over the phone and live chat for the past few hours.... but and everything is working fine now (I think). The sales are coming in again, and I've heard from several customers who have logged in now, and browsing the members area with no problems.

Sorry about the tech problems. Having your website go down mid launch is no fun for anyone involved. I'm going to come up with some sort of bonuses for both customers and affiliates to try and make up for the tech issues.

For the PSD files in my package, you need either Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Either one of those 2 programs. And SOME of the PSD files (like the "smart templates" and action scripts) require Photoshop CS4 or higher.

If you don't have Photoshop, I also provide "web ready" files for most of the content... about 90% of all the content inside the members area comes with these "web ready" files. These web ready files come in JPEG, GIF or PNG formats and can be used as-is without any editing, or can also be opened in any graphics editors like MS Paint, GIMP, Pixlr, Sumo Paint, etc..

Everything you've downloaded up to a point of cancellation, you get to keep the Developer Extended license.

Because that was a big thing that i went back and found as your V3 OTO that caught my eye just so I could get to learn your special graphics knowledge & steps to build graphic skills to call my own... of course, the 'drag & drop' ALONG WITH your additional new graphics being added as monthly updates would be the icing on the cake!

I would think they wouldn't be happy about it if they don't. Sorry I am a bit thick tonight.. And by affiliate review pages.. does that mean review pages such as Amazon product review pages?

I can get to the member's login page, but when I log in I go to...

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

so I can't access any of the product.

Please fix.

Hey Max..I totally agree with kstavert.. It is pain in the butt for you to have this terrible server issue. And people are usually not as patient as they could be at times like this.

I am so sorry that you are having such a problem. Just want to say that I for one understand that it is a nightmare for you or anyone having such an issue and will wait with patience for things to be cleared up!

I have purchased from you before and know your solid reputation and am not the least bit worried that this issue will be solved as fast as you are able.

Sorry if this was already asked but I don't have time to read through all the posts...

I am using a graphics program that can import psd files but i don't have smart objects or anything like that available.

I would like to know what will work and what won't without having access to smart objects.

I am interested in #8 the visual headlines.

Is this just a font I can add or does it need to have some photoshop elements to render it?

Are these vector images that can be resized? For example you show a red background image behind some of the headline text. Would this just be that image at that size that i would have to make my copy "fit into" or is it something that can be resized?

#13 the text layered styles, do we need to have photoshop elements for this to work?

#16 the attention grabbing signs, again is this something that can be resized larger without distortion or is it just an image that cannot be manipulated?

If so, what size do these come in? If they are large enough I can just resize them down to make it look right.

To answer your questions...

Only a few items in my package are created with smart object layers, and those are the 3D eCovers and stage background builder. That's from the brand new 25 modules. Inside the members area there are some more smart templates, but again it's a small part of the whole membership.

The visual headlines mainly do consists of a nice font. So if you JUST have the font and the right color, they will look nice, and you can use the font with any graphics editor. On top of the nice font, there are also some layer styles that require either PS Elements or Photoshop. The underlines and highlight you see on the headlines are not vector, so they will lose quality if you make them too big. However, the headlines already come in a fairly big size at 700 pixels wide. If you scale down or SLIGHTLY up, you won't see any quality loss.

Same thing goes for the attention grabbing signs. They're also not vectors, but big enough to start with.

I do have other vector based graphics inside the members area, and when ever I can I make the layers in vector format for most of my items.

The #13 layer styles do need either Photoshop or PS Elements.

Max, I can't do that because even though the payment went through, your registration page gave me an error page during the payment process. So basically I couldn't fill out the registration form. Therefore, I am not a member yet even though I made the payment!

amd I've just noticed today paypal made the automatic charge (Transaction ID: 4GV85396EX833112N). so I'd like to know two things.
1. how do I access the members area?
2. do I get this new pack as part of the membership or do I need to pay for it independently?

If you're already an MGT Monthly members, then yes you do get access to all the content mentioned in this WSO. It's already uploaded to the members area.

Also, I recently moved the members area to a new location, and here is the login page:

I'm trying to reply to all the emails as fast I can. When you made the purchase, even though you didn't get forwarded to the registration page (because the site was down), you should have been sent an email by ClickBank with your purchase details. In that same email there is a link pointing to the registration page. Near the bottom of the email it should say:

So just click on that link and it should take you to the registration page.

I'm actually hosting the images on a large image host website, so there shouldn't be any problems with the images on the WSO thread. Try refreshing the page or give it an extra minute or two to load... there is a lot of content and the images are pretty big

Max, this package of graphics was already out of this world, and the bonuses you now added to make up for your server troubles on launch day are just icing on the cake.

Anybody in this biz should understand server and delivery issues can happen to anyone, so I hope nobody will let those issues color their experience with your outstanding products. I am recommending to my list wholeheartedly. I've spent most of the day playing around with the graphics - making Facebook fan pages, pricing charts for my websites, and designing flyers and business cards. So much fun!

Hi - I just wanted to chime in here... My wife and I use Max's graphics in our off-line web page & fan page design business every day.

We also use it for our on-line sales letters on our own sites. My wife is an excellent graphics designer with a BS Degree in Graphics Design...

So if she is an awesome designer, why would she use graphics by someone else? As she put it: "this guy is really good!" She uses Max's graphics tools because they meet her high standards and they save her hours of work.

If you're a graphics designer, they'll save you hours of work as well.

BUT - if you're not a designer and just someone who wants really professional sites and fan pages, then this stuff will save you 10 times more time!

Let me put this into perspective: Time = Money ...

Max, is there any way we can get this graphics pack WITHOUT the monthly cost? I like the one-time payments you usually do, definitely not a big fan of monthly subscriptions I'm a bit disappointed you didn't make an option available to buy the new graphics outright.

Also, another thing that really disappoints me (as with the rest of your MGT packages), your PRICING TEMPLATES, should be provided with HTML and CSS code so we can actually use them on our sales pages. There's no way anyone without advanced knowledge in web design will ever be able to make these templates clickable like they're supposed to be.

The way you've provided them, all we can do is create images with them, when in reality they're supposed to be elements of an HTML website that people can click on.

I'm going to think over the one time payment option for just the 25 brand new modules. Several people have asked me about that, and I'll think it over. I'll keep you posted on that... but I can't promise I'll make a stand alone payment option. My priority right now is the membership.

As far as the pricing tables, I actually have a Wordpress plugin that creates similar pricing tables within Wordpress... as part of the upsell to this offer
