WP QuickPage - A Review of Russell Hayes' Plugin...

"Earlier, I had the opportunity to receive a review copy of Russell and Manfred’s latest Wordpress plug-in, WP QuickPage, and the powerful simplicity of this interesting application left me shaking my head in amazement.
WP QuickPage is the natural extension of the initial work and effort which everyone puts forth (or should put forth) when we set out to build a site or optimize a client’s blog… and that initial effort is relentless keyword research. Conventional wisdom would have you start with a seed keyword and, using Google’s Keyword Tool or similar utility, build a “large” keyword list, where large is relative to the time which you want to invest in your keyword research.
After you have your keyword list, now you need to put your keywords to work… you need to incorporate your keywords into your website. In the past this process is somewhat tedious and laborious, one Page or one Post at a time, annotating the respective keywords, categories, tags to your Page or Post content.
With WP QuickPage, once you have your keyword list, you now have the basis for a structured layout and design for your respective site… and you can allocate your keywords to either Pages or Posts. In your list, you can also assign Categories and Tags, along with Titles and Descriptions for each keyword. Think ‘Architect’ in designing a home, in the same way you would design and structure you website.
In the same manner as a contractor frames a home based on the architect’s design, you can accomplish a similar goal with WP QuickPage and your keyword list with its assigned Posts and Pages. Just import your built-out and populated list, via WP QuickPage, and with the push of a button, your target website is full of placeholders for every Post and Page you designated in your list. That was the amazing part… and it was true to its name… QUICK!
One other feature, which I appreciated greatly, was the benefit of not having to build Categories and Tags from the Wordpress dashboard. Categories and Tags are added from your list, on the fly, with the import process.
All that is needed, now that the structure of your site is built out, is to add the content and any images to each respective Page and Post. Building out a website could not be any easier… or quicker. If you build niche sites, affiliate sites, local sites or any type of Wordpress sites… period, then you need WP QuickPage. It will make your life much easier and save a bunch of time, to boot.
One feature I wish had built into the process would be the ability to post-date or pre-date Posts, with specific dates when importing your list. This is a minor wish and does not take away from the power of WP QuickPage.
